Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

Overall, the work Thomas and Galbraith has done has been great. Techs have been knowledgeable and did really good work. Our HVAC replacement and plumbing work has gone well. We are also enrolled in their service plan.However, some additional duct work was promised during our initial sales call that wasn't taken care of for over two months. Our sales person made a few mistakes that delayed the work and he yelled at us instead of apologizing. I called for weeks to try to get the work scheduled and my wife and I have rearranged our work and childcare schedules several times for appointments that were not kept. Review updated as service is now complete.

Logan came out to repair or replace my garbage disposal. He fixed it quickly without me having to pay for a new one, which I greatly appreciated!! He showed me what the problem was and gave me tips on how to keep it running properly.I have been looking for a good plumber/HVAC company~~I definitely have found one in Schneller Knochelman! I was recommended to 24 HR Emergency Plumber Cincinnati Inc by some neighbors in my community. When I had an emergency, I called in for a toilet repair and they were able to diagnose the issue, give me an estimate, and fix the toilet in one day. WOW, THAT WAS REALLY HELPFUL.

Called several companies to compare prices for my issue and Billy was fair. He not only told me the problem he had it fixed quicker than I expected. So I'm happy, wife's, and my son no longer has bathtub toy. 🤔😄

Randy from G&R plumbing charges outrageous prices. He took advantage of my 80 year old mother. He charged her over $141.00 to fix a handle on her toilet. I was out of the state or I would have fixed it in 5 minutes after buying the $5.00 part.

She could have bought a new toilet for that price. I told her to never call him again and to also warn her friends.

This is not the first time I have heard that he overcharges people.
