Best Gas Line Installation in Cincinnati OH

We’ve been working with Schneller for a few years now and have yet to be disappointed. We had them replace all of our utility appliances last year and have been more impressed with the entire business model.

My plumber Ron was on time and very polite. He did an excellent job and even cleaned up when he was finished! I highly recommend this company and there awesome employee Ron!

The guy(s) that came out were awesome! They called ahead with a 30 minute time frame for their arrival and we’re right on time. They took a few minutes to assess the situation and got to work. Called late afternoon on Tuesday and they were here at 8 o'clock Wednesday. Did a great job. Mark did an exceptional job, very polite. Would definitely call them again if needed.

Hot water heater died. Called and they sent someone out within the hour, no extra charge, and no charge for the inspection. Decided to go with a tankless water heater and prices were provided at the time of inspection. After making my selection, they informed me they would start the install and removal of old tank within the hour. I was stunned that they were able to do the install the same day, but relieved in knowing I wouldn’t have to wait a day or two. Sure enough they showed up about 45 minutes later and got to work installing the new tankless system. They were very polite, cleaned up all debris and mess made and made sure all questions were answered before they left. I have zero complaints with the installers, receptionist or the company. Will definitely use in the future for any furnace/AC tune ups or any plumbing issues that may arise.

Geoff was extremely professional in taking care of a gas leak issue . Not only did he get Duke Energy over to get my gas turned on but he got my lack of hot water issue solved.

Within 2 hours of my call, He came with full load of equipment. He did an excellent job and clean the whole sewer pipe without additional charge. The faucet change was done flawlessly as well. I am very satisfied with the service and highly recommend them!

This man grew his own shadow and started from the bottom and is an amazing worker. You can tell over the phone thats hes not only a professional but it felt like I was talking to a friend. In the end the prices and honesty showed how much he truly cares about our community. Id give 10 stars if I could. He even installed a free water heater for my aging mother.

We called G&R to check out a low water pressure situation with our well. While Randy was respectful and investigated the cause of low pressure, the prices were very high. We were charged $500 for the assessment and were quoted $7500 for the potential job. He indicated that he would have excavate just to get down to the area where the leak was occurring. We sought a second opinion because we’re very new to the area. Eckel Plumbing came out and resolved the issue entirely in two hours for $400 - no excavating. All they had to do to was replace a cracked nylon fitting.
