We are so glad that we called Schneller and Knochelmann. Our furnace stopped working a few weeks ago. We have used other hvac companies and haven’t been too impressed by their sales tactics and overall job performance. We called a few reputable companies so that we could compare. John Knochelmann visited and he was clearly knowledgeable in this field. He was thorough, had great suggestions, and offered the best customer service we’ve seen in a HVAC company, or any company in the home maintenance field.The technicians worked so hard all day long and when they completed we were shown all of the bells and whistles of the system. To top it off, they left the area spotless! I would recommend Schneller and Knochelmann to anyone looking to maintain, upgrade, or replace their HVAC system.

My parents used Gil Ruehl Plumbing's services when we were just kids, and now here I am a new home owner using them myself! I've used them a few times already and am very pleased with their quality of service and their integrity. Not to mention their rates are fair! Will be using them again, and would highly recommend. Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

I used Nieman to detect the source of a sewer gas odor issue at my business. The team was thorough and professional. Through their testing equipment and process, I felt confident in the results and conclusion that the odor was not coming from within our plumbing system.

Tim was great! He was thorough, professional, and timely. I had new countertops, sinks, etc installed and planned to have a new garbage disposal. The new sink, however, is much deeper than the old one and Tim was honest about the complexity of the project, given the plumbing no longer aligned. He didn’t immediately call it quits though; he still tried to make it work without it turning into a more massive and costly job. In the end, it didn’t work unless I wanted to pay quite a bit more to redo the whole plumbing. I opted to not have a garbage disposal, but appreciate the effort he gave and the clear explanation.

He immediately started coordinating with Dry Effect to get the mess cleaned so he could get in and fix the problem. Adam Wilson has been out to my house twice and I wouldn't want another sales person coming. He's always up front and honest with everything and very helpful. I have had schneller install 1 entire HVAC system and was really happy with everything , also I take advantage of their monthly program that helps with everything from instal to maintenance as they call me when anything is due.

The technician showed up on time and with appropriate PPE. He was very respectful of the cleanliness involved in the project. We love the maintenance program to ensure we reduce issues that we may face, especially on the brink of the hot summer months. Thanks Quality Comfort.

Within 2 hours of my call, He came with full load of equipment. He did an excellent job and clean the whole sewer pipe without additional charge. The faucet change was done flawlessly as well. I am very satisfied with the service and highly recommend them!

Randy from G&R plumbing charges outrageous prices. He took advantage of my 80 year old mother. He charged her over $141.00 to fix a handle on her toilet. I was out of the state or I would have fixed it in 5 minutes after buying the $5.00 part.

She could have bought a new toilet for that price. I told her to never call him again and to also warn her friends.

This is not the first time I have heard that he overcharges people.
