Where to begin this tale of woe?Scheduled my last furnace tune-up covered under my service agreement for 11/06/21 and they sent out 'Sean'. Going in he seemed like a decent enough tech but at the end of his 'tune-up' he informs me that the Heat Exchanger on my 10yr old furnace is 'cracked'. He viewed it at the end of #2 burner. Records on his inspection form that the CO coming into my house is 654ppm and that the heat exchanger needs replaced. Unable to provide me a quote because parts dept. closed on Saturday but he says this repair typically runs $3-4,000. I didn't just fall off the turnip truck. The heat exchanger on my furnace is a 2 stage all stainless steel one with a limited lifetime warranty. He was basically just trying to make a sale. I called in a second tech (Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning) the following week who confirmed my suspicions. Furnace is fine. No CO coming into the home. 3 days after that I called to cancel my service agreement. Now after 3 calls with promises the 'lady who handles that will cancel it and call you to confirm.' I'm still being billed $15 a month on my credit card. Don't use this company. They are unethical in my opinion. They are predatory. Heaven help me if I had been some inexperienced home owner. I'm going to have to cancel my credit card to get rid of this monthly charge. They apparently don't care about taking money from people under false pretenses?

I was very pleased with your company, from the person who took my call(s) to Shawn who made the repairs. He is very professional, honest, and pleasant. He arrived in a timely manner, and when I had to have him return the next day, he was on time. The return trip was because of a faulty brand new product which I had provided. Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

Wow! Plumb Tite saved us when we were in a bind. Our tankless hot water heater went out 4 days before Christmas and needed to be replaced (which we knew would be the case.) Chad got us a replacement water heater and installed it within 48 hours. He was professional, clean and courteous and the total cost for the unit and the installation was competitive. We will be installing a water softener and we will only call on Plumb Tite to do the work.

Rusty Goins at Neyer Plumbing is amazing! On Sunday night, we dropped a tin of lip balm down the toilet drain and on Monday morning Neyer helped us. I'm so grateful they sent Rusty. He was friendly, warm, professional, and honest and he showed up wearing his mask! He clearly explained all the different approaches we could take and the variables and cost involved. We decided to go for removing the toilet to try to retrieve the tin, but Rusty was so skillful with the wet vac that we didn't have to move a thing! He was able to use the hose on the wet vac to get the tin out and he only charged us for a service call. Great work! Great service! I highly recommend Neyer! Ask for Rusty.

I was looking to get a quote for a new furnace. Lawrence came out and instead of just selling me a new furnace, he sent out a technician to check if I need a new furnace or the furnace I have is still in a decent shape. Randy from G&R plumbing charges outrageous prices. He took advantage of my 80 year old mother. He charged her over $141.00 to fix a handle on her toilet. I was out of the state or I would have fixed it in 5 minutes after buying the $5.00 part.

She could have bought a new toilet for that price. I told her to never call him again and to also warn her friends.

This is not the first time I have heard that he overcharges people.
