Only doing 3 since I was just looking for a plumber and looking for information.

A little disappointed with this company. I was quoted a price of $150-180 for replacing a valve and dishwasher hose under my kitchen sink. Once the technician got there the price went up to $220 because of the valve replacement which was supposed to be included in the original quote. Once the tech looked at the pipes we didn't need the valve afterall but still was charged the original $150 that was supposed to include the valve replacement. The technician was literally in my house for 10-15 minutes max. I understand service calls, parts and labor but $150 charge was ridiculous in my opinion for what was done. Needless to say I will not be using this company again which is disappointing because I was really hoping to find a reliable trustworthy plumber for future jobs in my house.

Can’t say enough about how pleasant our experience with this company was.Called on Christmas Day do to a broken piper above our living room. Within hours the tech called me and said he was on his way.Only had to cut a 1ftx1ft hole in the drywall to identify the problem and fix it quickly.

Nick Shultz came out on Labor Day and cleared out a utility basin drain at my home. He was prompt, professional, extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with, even on the holiday. I was frustrated about having to deal with a clogged drain, and concerned that it would be a symptom of a larger problem. Nick was very helpful explaining what the situation was, how I could prevent issues in the future, and I am very happy with the level of service and support received. A short while after he arrived he got our drain cleared out and answered any questions I had. Everything is working good as new now! Thank you, Nick!

Rusty and Dakota showed up on time, were very friendly, and professional. They were 100% transparent and honest. Rusty gave me some advice about what to do and how to economically and effectively solve the issue. Because of his honesty and helpfulness, I intend to use Neyer for all future plumbing needs and will recommend to others. The service technician, Logan, arrived on time and completed his work very efficiently. He was also friendly, communicated what the problem was and cleaned up his work area after he was done. I would gladly recommend Schneller Knochelmann to friends and family, and will be using their service again.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

Larry and employee did a nice job removing an old cement sink and installing a new mustee sink.Very pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. Company previously installed toilet for me a year ago. Will keep around for plumbing needs. Thanks again.
