John Knochelmann came to our house and conducted a very thorough examination of our heating and air conditioning unit for replacement. We love the fact that he was honest and didn't try to talk us into upgrades and unnecessary equipment for our particular needs. He's very personable, knowledgeable and has the experience to know what he's talking about. We saw him on a Friday and our unit was installed the following Monday.On Monday Dave and Richard arrived for the installation of our new heating and A/C units. They were polite, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and professional. The entire replacement was very involved and took just over 12 hours. They just kept plugging away until the entire job was completed. Does great work

He saw that the new disposal put in by a different gentleman did not have the plug removed. That fixed the dishwasher. Slow drain the the bathroom was cleaned and he gave me tips on what to do to keep it running smoothly. Blake was very trustworthy and polite. Thank you so much.

Plumb Tite was competitive with other local plumbers in pricing a drain stack replacement and hot water heater. Chad was knowledgeable and communicative. They got to the job a little late due to finding the parts they needed, but they wrapped up early, everything looked great. Scheduling was easy and they were able to get me in quickly.

Ryan was SO SO great! My mom needed a last minute plumber to install new faucet handles before company came this weekend. She called him less than 24 hours before he came out - on a holiday weekend no less- to change her faucets and fixed the water pressure. He was responsive, polite, efficient, very tidy and took all trash and parts with him. Also a huge plus for my mom - his hand writing and billing is legible, clear, and detailed! He could not have been a bigger help, we got 3 cards of his to share with friends and he’ll be my moms first call for anything now. Very trusty and such good quality of work/cost of service. Larry and employee did a nice job removing an old cement sink and installing a new mustee sink.Very pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. Company previously installed toilet for me a year ago. Will keep around for plumbing needs. Thanks again.
