Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

Great work, but beware Nieman is pricey compared to other plumbing outlets. I paid $245 for about 20 minutes work. There is the obligatory service call fee plus ONE-HOUR MINIMUM ($135) which jacks up a small, very easy job to an expensive one. But, no complaints as the work was fast and professional. Just moved into new home in Fort Scott and hot water pressure was low. Called and Will arrived onsite less than 2 hours. An elaborate clogged valve system at the hot water tank was the culprit and Will replaced. Showers are great now!. Thanks Will.

I have been having issues with the ac thermostat affecting the temperature in the house to not stay consistent, etc. On a very late Thurs. afternoon I called the company explaining that the thermostat was not operating correctly, that the screen was going blank at random, resulting 2 days in a row of the ac shutting off until thermostat was reset, etc. The company sent Jay Gross to service the call in the evening. Huge thank you to the company and to Jay as shows excellent customer service. This issue arose late in the day, coupled with the temp outside being quite warm.I was frustrated as this has happened a couple times now and the unit is not old. I explained everything to Jay. He was VERY professional, courteous, and had a very calming demeanor / excellent patience as I ranted my frustration. He actively listened to my concerns, and left with me feeling like he has resolved the issue. Time will tell but its now been 24 hours since Jay serviced the thermostat, assured me he has cleared all schedules on it, and so far it's working great. Thank you for sending such a professional tech who had a calming demeanor, a kind sense of humor, and who was able to resolve the problem.
