Best Fixture Replacement in Cincinnati OH

We had Nick with Schneller come out today to give us a quote for a pretty large scale project involving our water heater. We received a call this morning letting us know there was no pressure but if we were interested there had been a cancellation and Nick could come early. It worked with our schedule so he was here in about 20 minutes. Nick was incredibly professional, courteous of our property and took time to understand what was going on with the project and what we wanted to accomplish. My husband was with Nick in the basement and said he did an outstanding job of explaining everything and that he was clearly very knowledgeable. Nick presented us with multiple options for our project and will he emailing us the written proposal for us to review over the weekend. There was no pressure for us to make a decision today. We will absolutely be using Schneller to complete the project once we’ve made the decision which avenue to follow.Edited to add: today we had Chad and Nick back out or install a tankless hot water heater and reset two toilets. They arrived here around 9:00 am and were out until a little after 5:00 pm. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves very well. Around 2:00 they realized they were going to need some extra help to finish up and called out a 3rd gentleman to reset the two toilets while they finished the water heater install. All of the guys were extremely professional and efficient while they worked. Based on the two experiences we’ve had I would absolutely use Schneller in the future for another project.

He had a coupon for a sump pump inspection that I received in the mail. Knowing our system is 13 years old I figured it would be time to at least get it looked at. Matt was knowledgeable, professional and very easy to work with. Explained everything thoroughly from price, as well as how our sump pump should be working. He was not high pressure in the least. Enjoyed doing business with him. Purchased a sump pump and yearly service agreement.I would suggest this company to everyone.

I hired Ryan and Jeff Tharp whom are father and son of R&T Plumbing. They repaired my leak that was underneath my sink at a very affordable price. I am so pleased with their work and will be referring them from here on out. They are very honest hard working men.

customer service was terrible. when I called the person that answered the phone did not state the companies name I was a little thrown off so I ask is this Frank Niesen. This person replied he isnt in Im like is this the company he was like you didn't say the company Frank Niesen is a person and hung up on me. I will take my money to a company that's wants it.

John came out a fixed a main sewer drain clog that had been an issue. I called and that day, not even two hours they had taken care of the issue. Very friendly and efficient!

Clay,our plumber, was right on time and was very friendly and professional. He had our sink fixed within the hour. We are very happy with the results!

Needed me to be home during a 3 hour window but I explained that I couldn’t be for an HVAC issue due to something I couldn’t change but it was an emergency. Explained this a few times. They show up say they can’t service the HVAC because I own a manufactured home. So I took off an afternoon of work only for them to refuse to look at my unit. Supervisor completely non responsive. Extremely rude customer service worker who accused me of “making them wait” when I already said I couldn’t be home until after 3pm and not at 2pm. No apology nothing and too late in the day to get someone else out. Ridiculous.

A.J.Humphrey did a great job diagnosing, explaining, and installing a pressure regulator in our house. He was fast, efficient and friendly and we would have him back anytime.

Called several companies to compare prices for my issue and Billy was fair. He not only told me the problem he had it fixed quicker than I expected. So I'm happy, wife's, and my son no longer has bathtub toy. 🤔😄

They were able to fix my issue the same day I called them. The plumber was very knowledgeable about plumbing, was able to give me some education on my houses pipes and the best way to take care of them. I appreciated the timeliness, professionalism and respectful service! Definitely will use again!

Unbelievable service

We needed a water line run to a new refrigerator in the employee break room. I was told this was the only option unless I wanted the line to freeze. I was extremely apprehensive at this idea and was charged $688 for a service that looks halfway finished and awful in an office. I was told to just get something from the hardware store to make it look better, but for almost $700, should I be doing this? At this point I regret using this company.
