Best Faucet Repair / Replacement in Cincinnati OH

Hot water heat broke in my rental property and water was leaking on to the floor. I spoke with Jared and within 24 hours, the unit was removed and a new one installed. Very professional! Great company to work with and reasonable pricing.

Adam Wilson is the best sales person I’ve ever experienced. If owned an HVAC company I would hire him to work for me. His level of professionalism and knowledge are lacking in this industry.I decided to go with another company based on price, but my experience with Adam make that a difficult decision.

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

Replaced drain in bathtub. Attempted to fix faucet by replacing valve cartridge but was unsuccessful due to faulty valve. He then proceeded to tell me he didn’t have time to replace the valve which was the original request that he discouraged having done. I cannot recommend them as a good choice.

The service with Plumb Tite was excellent. Every time I called someone answered the phone quickly, they were very friendly and answered all of my questions. I was shocked with the speed of their response after I submitted a request and they even got someone to our house later the SAME DAY for an estimate, with the repairs being completed later the same week! Donnie was friendly, prompt, and did a great job. Would definitely hire Plumb Tite again!

Ryan was SO SO great! My mom needed a last minute plumber to install new faucet handles before company came this weekend. She called him less than 24 hours before he came out - on a holiday weekend no less- to change her faucets and fixed the water pressure. He was responsive, polite, efficient, very tidy and took all trash and parts with him. Also a huge plus for my mom - his hand writing and billing is legible, clear, and detailed! He could not have been a bigger help, we got 3 cards of his to share with friends and he’ll be my moms first call for anything now. Very trusty and such good quality of work/cost of service. I can't begin to say how wonderful this company is! I called them this morning after being without water for EIGHT days because of a botched job by another plumbing company that my home warranty company uses. I told Veronica at Tarvin what the problem was, she had me send photos of the water heater and venting and said she would try and have somebody at my house today or tomorrow for installation. An hour later she has somebody who can pick up the water heater I need and can install it today. Brent arrives and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to install the water heater and make the necessary modifications in four hours. He went over everything he did and explained it thoroughly. Yes, it was a hefty price tag but a check that I was happy to write after having an EIGHT DAY nightmare without water thanks to another incompetent plumbing company. You definitely get what you pay for. I also learned in this process to drop the home warranty company I had because it is a scam. When ever I need a plumber in the future, Tarvin is who I will call!! Thanks so much Veronica and Brent-you guys are lifesavers!!!!

Tony Hoekstra was our technician for some emergency repairs. As usual, he was quick and efficient, both in diagnosing the problems and in solving them. He clearly explained what he was doing throughout the call. His skill and experience are further indicated by the fact that he is usually accompanied by a trainee, showing that Schneller, too, recognizes his knowledge and talents. Almost all of the company’s employees are competent and qualified, but I have an extra level of confidence in Tony.

I've had Ryan and his company install an entire HVAC system for remodeling jobs I've done, as well as service the HVAC and clean dryer ducts at my personal residence. Everyone that we've dealt with has been professional and on time. I can't recommend these folks enough.

Larry and employee did a nice job removing an old cement sink and installing a new mustee sink.Very pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. Company previously installed toilet for me a year ago. Will keep around for plumbing needs. Thanks again.
