We had a leaking shower head. I called at 8 on Wednesday morning.The customer service individual said they could schedule a firm appointment for Monday morning, but would have someone call me if they became available.
I received a call at 10:30 the same morning and Ellis arrived at 11. The problem was taken care of in short order. Will use in the future.

Ken Neyer Plumbing has been a great partner with our tennis tournament. They handle all of our winterization, repairs, new installs and spring start ups. The guy I used for 25 plus years recently sold his business and retired, and I searched for a new company. I will be doing all my future HVAC business with Quality Comfort.

Apollo does a really good job maintaining and addressing any issues we experience with our HVAC system. Their comfort service plan is a good value. They have some great service techs, like Max who took care of us today, who are polite, knowledgeable and address issues quickly.

AJ Humphrey installed a new Navien Tankless water heater for us. He was on punctual, professional and finished in a timely manner!

Had appt between 10:00 am and 2:00pm did not show up or call . Called office said they were running behind and might be able to get here around 4:00. I told them I could not sit here and wait all day and to just cancel. Very unprofessional and not reliable

Ryan provided outstanding service as he repaired a shower and installed 3 toilets. He cleaned everything up, and was even able to finish the job for less than the original estimate. We appreciated his transparency and work ethic. We told my 80+ year-old mother that this was a plumber she could trust. She called the next week and agreed that this is a company you can rely on. You can’t ask for a better company to come out for any plumbing issues. They are reliable, honest, and family owned. They won’t rush you or try and sell you something you don’t need. Mike/Brent responded quickly through text or phone. They called to keep me updated of when the job would be started and completed. I never had to call them to check up on things. They are very proactive which is so rare these days. They put a liner in my basement pipe for a great price and left the place cleaner than when they got there. It was done all on one day. Give them a call, you won’t regret it.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

A family member used this company, also known as Romy's Plumbing and they conduct dirty business! They not only did an amatuer job, they charged too much to do the job and ended up in court with no satisfaction! STAY AWAY!

Randy from G&R plumbing charges outrageous prices. He took advantage of my 80 year old mother. He charged her over $141.00 to fix a handle on her toilet. I was out of the state or I would have fixed it in 5 minutes after buying the $5.00 part.

She could have bought a new toilet for that price. I told her to never call him again and to also warn her friends.

This is not the first time I have heard that he overcharges people.
