Great work that was done fast. Worked with me and made suggestions to lower my total price. No funny business when final bill came. Took pictures while the work was being done and shared them with me for my home records. No complaints!

You can’t ask for a better company to come out for any plumbing issues. They are reliable, honest, and family-owned. Absolutely the best in Cincinnati! They responded quickly through text or phone. They called to keep me updated on when the job would be started and completed. I never had to call them to check up on things. They are very proactive which is so rare these days. It was done all in one day. Highly recommend Tischbein!

We highly recommend Tischbein. Very reliable, honest, timely, and professional. We called several companies to fix a possible main sewer line collapse who either provided outrageous quotes or refused to do the work bc our street was too busy. Tischbein came out immediately, assessed the situation and put us on the schedule!

Brent and his crew were so easy to work with. From the first call to the day they finished the job the communication was great. They do great work and are easy to work with!

Short Version: Phil and Brent double checked all their work and discovered some pipes were not cleaned to their liking. They stayed until the job was finished. The peace of mind that all my drains are clean is worth every penny. Just two guys with a truck that do an awesome job.

LONG VERSION
Phil and Brent came to my house to check a thoroughly clogged main sewage line under my basement. The used a camera to check out all my lines through two different clean outs. Ran the camera all the way out to my yard and then all the way to the street. Recorded all the footage and gave me a VHS. Then used a water jet machine and auger to clean out all my lines out to. Double checked their work with the camera, then cleaned them out to meet their high standards. Cleaned up the entire mess themselves...even had bleach on their truck to mop up my floors.

Tischbein came highly recommended to us by a family friend. They came out to help us with two drains that were backing up outside of our garage. They were able to schedule us relatively quickly (non-emergency) and were on time and reliable! They were quick and helpful with cleaning the drains out and explaining how to prevent the same problem in the future. They even swung back to us at the end of the day after leaving because we accidentally broke a piece they had given us. We will certainly call them first for future needs!

Brent, Mike, and the rest of his crew are excellent. I was purchasing a new home and they pointed out some potential drainage issues that were realized during both the inspection process and after I moved in. They were punctual and left the job site clean for my sewer lining (CIPP). Couldn't recommend them more!

This was a big job and it was difficult to access, but Brent and his crew found a solution for everything. The job was done exactly as promised and the crew did a wonderful job cleaning up, leaving the site in better condition than how they found it. Highly recommend Tischbein!

Absolutely the best in Cincinnati! We called multiple companies to address a drainage issue on our front walk. Others were either non responsive, had unreasonable solutions, or just had no clue what they were doing. Brent was upfront and responsive, said he absolutely could fix the problem and was wonderful to work with. We could tell immediately he knows what he’s doing. Our formerly flooded front walk is now dry as a bone. They are honest, family owned, experienced, and do impeccable work. They are very busy because they are the best. Highly recommend and would use again in a heartbeat! Thank you Brent and team for your help!

Brent and his crew are excellent. I needed my main sewer line repaired which involved digging up a large portion of my front yard. The crew knocked out the job in two days (one short of what we planned for). Also, Brent is very honest and straight forward in terms of his pricing and explanation of the work he was going to do and possible risks/problems. Overall I couldn’t be happier.

We asked several contractors who they would recommend for drainage, and one company was recommended to us over and over again - Tischbein. Their glowing reputation is well deserved. From start to finish Brent and his team exceeded all expectations.

Brent and his team did an excellent job. They worked quickly with a high level of quality. The crew kept every area of the yard that needed to be clean very clean. While the nature of the work itself is quite invasive, the work was done with minimal negative impact to our yard. Brent and team restored the yard very well after the work was completed. With my attention to watering the newly seeded areas properly, the grass came back in very well quickly. After heavy rain we received October 29/30 and November 12, before the work was done I would have expected to have standing water in the back yard. There was no standing water anywhere after those heavy rains!

Tischbein Co are the best around for drainage issues. Phil and Brent could not be nicer and more helpful. They solved our significant drain problems in our backyard. Highly recommend!

I recently was referred to Tischbein from a relative. I had a clogged drain and it flooded my basement. I sub pumped all the water out before Tischbein showed up. Good thing about Tischbein first: they showed up on time and were the ones that could get to my house first and they did get the job done. Bad things: I was originally suggested to use a water jet system by an expert aka salesman which would “definitely” unclog the drain. That would have ran 500 or so dollars I was told. I said let’s just try the snake and see if the lines broken first. Sure enough it was, the line busted. He did get it unclogged. However, when I received the invoice it was for 579 dollars! I’ve spoken to two reputable companies and my friend who works for a reputable company, I gave them all the details of how far the clog was out from the house and the most I would have paid at said companies was 275 dollars. I do take responsibility of not getting a price first before they came out. I highly recommend if you do use this service to get some kind of bottom and top line dollar. If Tischbein doesn’t work I’ve had a lot of luck with Thomas and Galbraith. They are straight to the point and don’t come off as salesmen. Good luck!
