Best Disposal Repair in Cincinnati OH

While it is true that the first week of 2018 was brutally cold and placed great demands on companies like Schneller, it is also true that good communications should be higher so as to avoid confusion. My situation was that I had a clogged bathroom sink drain so I called them explained the situation. They said they were slammed so I said that my situation was not critical like frozen pipes or furnace outages and that they could call me when they had a cancellation or a service call in the neighborhood. It has been 8 days so I went to Schuloff's and got a snake and cleared the line myself saving approx $165 net. Zip follow-up.

Does great work

I tried this service for the first time as they have UNBELIEVABLE reviews on Google. How does ANY company have 467+ reviews that are all rated 5.0. It makes me wonder if they post anything under 5.0. I'll know if this ever shows up. They were available the same day I called, were courteous prompt and replaced the leaking faucet spout to my washer in 30 minutes. That was the good, the bad is the cost. This repair cost $345. I asked the technician why so high, he said the parts are expensive. I checked at Lowes and the parts in total were under $30 at best. Paying $345 for a service call with $30 in parts and 30 minutes work is ridiculous. If you have an emergency, they are very responsive, but be prepared to pay out the nose.

Howard and Keith did an amazing job correcting issues on our 1906 Craftsman. They updated our plumbing and replaced a water heater expansion tank. The work they did was perfect and was a fair price.

Excellent communication from main office as well as my plumber Matt! Company sent me his picture and bio, so I would know he was legit. Entire plumbing process on our water heater and toilet was explained well, with photos, as was the invoice. I’m very confident that the work was done well, and we will be calling them again for air duct cleaning in the future.

The plumber who corrected our problem was efficient, thorough, courteous, and professional. He had to turn off the water main to the building and open exterior spouts to drain. Then he had to work on pipes through a relatively small opening in the ceiling. He completed an excellent repair: replaced the main water valve, cleaned the pressure valve, cleaned pipes to the water heater, and restored our water supply.

My involvement with Schneller Knochelmann has always been an extremely good one. Today's service exceeded my expectations totally. My Technician named Caleb S. arrived actually early and as he was aware of my late arrival back home he proceeded to start my service work on my HVAC Unit outside. This resulted in his service time inside the house was kept to a minimum.Caleb was extremely professional, cared about my house interior by wearing shoe coverings, and provided me a clear concise report on the status of my unit. It was a real pleasure to have him perform my service work today!!!I honestly wish that all of the Service Technicians that have come to my home in the past few months had been as professional and yet friendly and cared about my property just like it was their own as Caleb did today.
