The Baethke representative was very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate the extra steps they take to make sure everything is thought of and secure. Other plumbers said there was no way to put a shower in our bathroom but they found a way and it works beautifully.

Ben worked way past normal business hours, went through my issue and was able to stop the leak he, went over and beyond by adding an extra part on the overflow, did an excellent job cleaning up

Overall, great experience! Chas was prompt, professional, and gave us a fair quote. When a problem arose with the sink cabinet drawer not fitting, Chas adjusted the plumbing to make it work. Highly recommend!

Juan has helped me many times over the years on projects small and large. He's very responsive and communicates well. The first time I met him he helped me with a large sewer project between my building and the city sewer. His bid was competitive and he got started right away. Since then he's helped me install faucets, repair drains, and find gas leaks. Highly recommend.

Service technician was knowledgeable and polite. My sink was unclogged. However your bank account will also be empty at the end of the service. Very over priced for a simple job. I only learned this after researching once the job was done. $499 for a simple unclogging. Didn't know that I could rent the same tool from home Depot's for a fraction of the price. Although the job was done, I would consider this unprofessional business practice. Again, the work was great but if you can do a bit of research you could save yourself some money. If you don't care about the cost, then this is the company for you.
