You get what you pay for. You may pay more for Baethke plumbing, but these guys are top notch. Consistent, clean, friendly. I've been using them for over 10 years now. Everytime I go with someone else, eventually I have to call Baethke to fix it.

Hired to repair a leaky sink. Guy never came, finally came to fix it. Nice guy. But the sink is still leaking, called to schedule right after. Never showed up, and it’s been a week after.

Jan from Vanguard Plumbing & Sewer was responsive and professional as it gets. Jan performed quality work in short time notice when I had a pvc pipe issue in the attic that wasn’t properly installed. In addition, Jan installed a new sump pump and battery backup system that was much needed in my basement. Jan’s knowledge and quality of work is his upmost priority. He really knows his stuff. These guys are fantastic! Have called them before to look at things, and not been charged unless there is an issue (as opposed to larger companies that do a Trip Charge).

This time we needed to replace some parts on our toilet. They came out within 24 hours, and fixed it next day for a reasonable price. Our guy even helped educate us on how we can potentially fix it ourselves in the future. Plus they warranty work!

We had 2 separate leaks that 3 other plumbers couldn’t diagnose. Finally called J Blanton & their guy spent some time, found the issue and that it was related to HVAC. He offeredHVAC & mold/drywall repair suggestions & also gave bids on some other plumbing work. No charge since no tools ever came out. Extremely helpful and great in his explanations of what had caused the leak. Will definitely call them again when we DO have a plumbing issue/work.
