Only 5 stars because I can't give 6. They are that good. Very pleased with the sewer repair: they relocated a malfunctioning 80 year old floor drain without tearing out any finished walls, or making much dust. Very clean job, very nice guys. Strongly recommended!

Hired to install new garbage disposal & 2 bathroom faucets, and to check health of sump & ejector pumps. John did a thorough assessment of all areas & made additional recommendations due to age & state of pumps, some pipes & valves. John was very pleasant and professional to work with. Super professional out buillding uses them and they are always professional, helpful and get the job done quickly. They aren't cheap but there works speaks for itself.

My condo building has hired Juan/Go-Rooter for three plumbing projects since 2018. Juan helped our building with: 1) a pipe burst/pipe replacement, 2) uncovering a long-buried catch basin, cleaning it out, and digging out/installing a new sewer access point in our front yard, and 3) installing a new water heater. I recently hired him to work on a few tasks in my individual unit. Juan and his team have done excellent work on all four projects. Juan is very creative in figuring out solutions to challenges. He's also clear in communication, respectful of time, and thorough. (When he was working in my unit, I had the feeling he was working with as much care and detail as he would for his own home.) I highly recommend hiring Juan/Go-Rooter. I’m glad our building has him as our go-to plumber.

I just wanted to say that I really appreciate the professionalism and service that TONY JERGIS provided. He came out to do an inspection/cleaning and flushing of our water heater. He did a great job, he was super knowledgeable, and just a very gracious, kind professional. It was a really positive experience and I felt it should be pointed out.

I've called upon Bert more than once, there isn't enough good things I can say...I think the most important is that I will call him again and recommend him to family and friends. So stop calling around and just call him. I've called the larger companies are they are all about upselling and Im sure they get people to pay them absurd amounts. Nope..not for me...
