He was patient and took the time to answer all of my questions (I had a lot as I was watching the process over his shoulder so I could be informed). We have used Rocket no less than half a dozen times over the last few years for our condo in downtown Chicago. They have repaired everything from leaking shower pans (which required cutting out part of the downstairs ceiling & multiple visits to resolve the source issue) to replacing a failing ejector pump. Always on time, efficient, professional and easy to deal with - we call them first for any plumbing issues and have referred to friends as well. While plumbing issues are a headache, we always know Rocket will make it as painless as possible to resolve!

I can't recommend the plumbers from J Sewer & Drain more highly. I'm a board member for my condo association and we've used them multiple times for issues ranging from mysterious leaks in our garage to clogged pipes (and I know owners in our building have used them for single-unit work as well).

They've come out on short notice, they're extremely professional and fast to diagnose the root cause of an issue, and their prices are very fair. They're honest and give helpful advice for future maintenance upkeep. Our experiences have all been positive and I highly recommend them to others.

Edwin is the 3rd plumber I've used across the last 5 years and he will be the only plumber I will be using moving forward. His prices are great, he's very polite and I have been very satisfied with the three times I've used him this year since my friend recommended him. Eduardo was an incredible find and I’d recommend his services to anyone in need. We first contacted him to find out the issue with our downstairs plumbing drain. He was impressively responsive, available and on-time. He isolated the problem and provided the fix in an incredibly time efficient manner. On top of that, the price is fantastic considering the level of professionalism and quality provided. When we had another issue with our ceiling getting water damage, we dialed him right away. Eduardo came THAT afternoon to take a look and was able to squeeze us into his busy schedule 2 days later to perform the work. He once again isolated the issue within minutes and knew how to fix it. We validated it was the root of the problem and he was able to complete the work in just about an hour. The icing on the cake is that he takes pride in his work and cleans up afterwards, leaving your place just as it was. The cherry on top is he is a genuinely nice person. We need more small businesses and local handymen around. I hope you’ll support Eduardo if you are ever in need like I have, twice.

VanDerBosch Plumbing were professional and courteous and would recommend them for their fine work. They did a fine job and so happy they fixed our furnace for the early November chill we are experiencing now .

Recommend Go-Rooter for everyone to use. I had a leaking toilet issue in the rental place and I called Go-Rooter. Alex, the plumber, gave a quick call back and provided me his availability for the same day. The communication was efficient and easy. During the work, he provided me the timely update on the work via phone when I couldn't be there. He also sent the photos of the clean up and the root cause of the problem as I requested. The entire process was smooth and clear. The charge is also flat rate based on the work.

My toilet wasn’t flushing. I didn’t know how to fix it. I should have went on YouTube or asked someone. What was a $20 fix, cost me $453. This place is a complete rip off and a scam. They scam you by charging you to come out.

Used yesterday 2/17/18. Second time I’ve used them and I am very satisfied. First time I had a bad seal on my toilet and the gentleman fixed in the first hour he was there. This time around I had a leak on the second floor and the plumber (Joe) showed up and helped me identify the cause of the leak in the first hour he was there. They didn’t milk the clock or up charge me and we’re honest about the solutions. They were also on time. Will definitely recommend to my friends and will also use in the future.
