I called yesterday with some major plumbing issues. They made the time to come to my home promptly and even called and came earlier than planned. Lisa was the plumber and Tom was an apprentice. There are not enough good words in the English language to describe how awesome they were. They were both the ultimate professionals and took the time to show and explain to me why the plumbing that was previously installed was not code standard and they worked diligently to get everything reinstalled properly and up to code. The price was very reasonable and the work was outstanding to the point that they thoroughly washed and cleaned up the area under the kitchen sink before they left and Lisa said I like to leave things as I would want them in my home. They are absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend them for any and all plumbing projects.

Josh was knowledgable and polite! He fixed the problems we had and took all the time in the world to answer our questions. We would most certainly use Baethke and Son again.

Our service tech Tim arrived within the time time frame listed. Very professional, dedicated. He explained the all the possible causes of the how the plumbing was clogged. Very neat and clean job. Job well done, I would recommend there service to anyone that needs it.

Wonderful company that I would recommend to anyone! We had several gas leaks in our basement and had our gas turned off immediately. After calling First Chicago Plumbing, they came out the same day, gave us a very fair quote, and were back out the next day to complete the job. They were extremely friendly, professional and clearly took pride in their work. They even contacted us the next day to make sure everything was working properly after the gas company came back to turn the gas on.

What I have come to learn is that 24 HR Emergency Plumber Chicago INC operates on grounds excellent customer service and total reliability. I have always used them and every time I hire, they deliver.

Chicagoland Quality Plumbing is amazing. I highly recommend them. They are professional and know what they're doing. I called 4 other plumbers before I could find someone who could install my Aquasana Whole House water filtration system. Edwin was not only knowledgeable, but he was also professional, efficient and creative. When I say creative, I mean that he had to work around the challenges of my 120 year old house to fit the pipes properly. In the end he did a great job and he took the time to show me how to use it properly.

Jordan arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation and tried his best to make the repair without costing me more money. I appreciated the effort. He found the part I needed, picked it up and made the repair all within a couple of hours. I would use them again.

Plumber Matt was very good and professional. Price was reasonable except for the extra 160.00 for 5 minutes past the first hour. Labor at 160 an hour is reasonable but 160 for 5 minutes is hard to swallow.

We were quoted approximately $2000 for 4 hours of work to replace an old concrete utility sink—including removal—which is obscene. The average hourly rate for a plumber according to google is $45 - $150 an hour. We decided to do it ourselves and the materials cost about $120. Add to that $600–let’s be generous and go with $150/hour—and that comes to $720. So, why are they charging more than twice that? I’m happy to pay good money for good work but it’s hard for me to see how they’re not taking advantage of people

We needed to have a plumber on call for a very important event. Robin and the team were wonderful and helped us every step of the way to ensure we were ready if anything happened. I appreciate the team and will be using them again in the future.

Master bathroom toilet was backed up. Brent arrived out and let us know the options and ran through what may need to be done from the easy all the way to any major project that might be needed. Turns out he just needed the auger and that was it! professional and courteous. Will give them a call the next time our toilet has a tantrum!
