Geoff from Rocket Plumbing did a fantastic job. He arrived on time, gave me advice about my situation and provided options to complete the job. Ultimately, I had to replace an ejector pump and sump pump. Both are functioning great and much quieter than before.

Overall our experience was ok. They were very responsive to help with scheduling. The biggest reason for only 3 stars was the price paid for the work done. We were quoted a price that included having to cut through our ceiling to access a pipe. The ceiling was not cut and the access to the pipe was not needed, but we had to pay for that service anyway.

The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. He thoroughly explained and resolved all of our issues. He was very professional a and even took time to clean up the site too. That was a plus.

Antonio and David were top notch professionals. Great communicators, excellent work quality, and kept the house clean while they worked. End result was catalog perfect and clean. Alex, who did the assessment initially was also great at explaining the process and reasons for recommendations. I had some water leakage problems on a toilet in my Rogers Park Condo. I'm not home often and my roommate didn't know what to do. I contacted VanDerBosch as they had done a fantastic job for my partners home a few months back in Andersonville with fixing (2) sink leaks and replacement of some faucets all done at a reasonable price and relatively quick amount of time. Upon calling VanDerBosch, Lauren helped get me scheduled for a tech to come out within a couple hours. Upon arriving at my home, Joe, my technician, was able to figure out what the problem was and called me to explain what was happening and gave me a free quote on the spot. Since it was a minor fix and we had a temporary answer to our water leak problems, I chose not to have them do the work as I can do it myself but I know that I have a trusted guy that I can call on for any future problems. I feel confident in referring this plumbing company to others since I had a good experience and I have seen completion work performed at my partners home and the tech was polite, low pressure and the area was left clean. The service of Apex was top notch from all aspects. This was my first experience with Apex and I contacted them from a referral. When they advertise same day service, they mean it. Chad was the plumber dispatched and he gave me a courtesy call 30 mins before his arrival. Chad was courteous and considerate when he arrived. I explained my issue and he walked me through the options of service I would need without high pressure sales pitch. He gave me a free estimate of the work I needed. Called at 830 am. Juan said he could be over in one hour. Right on time. Fixed backed up sink due to a main line clog 5 feet deep in pipe. Took about 1 hr total. He cleaned up after and sanitized whole area. He even put away our bathroom stuff under the counter afterwards! Job done quick and was not overcharged. Definitely would use again.

While J Blanton is probably not the cheapest you can find, they will get back to you right away and have someone out ASAP. Chip was thorough, kind and took his time with me as well.
