Dan is a great guy and came out immediately to fix the problem. Really professional and pleasant and eager to help.

The young lady I dealt with over the phone as well as Pat #1899 the service man who replaced the toilet seal were professional, polite and informative.As to the price I have no point of reference to make a judgment one way or the other. All I know is that they showed up quickly and fixed the problem. I would use Roto-Rooter again and recommend them to others based on this experience.

Jesus was one of the first to contact us back after sending out a few messages on yelp in the early morning about getting our water heater replaced ASAP. He was able to see us that day and had a water heater available. Although it was a bit complicated getting our old one out and the new one installed due to the way it was originally installed and the available space in our unit, Jesus was very professional and did an excellent job. We will definitely call him in the future and highly recommend him!

Wonderful company that I would recommend to anyone! We had several gas leaks in our basement and had our gas turned off immediately. After calling First Chicago Plumbing, they came out the same day, gave us a very fair quote, and were back out the next day to complete the job. They were extremely friendly, professional and clearly took pride in their work. They even contacted us the next day to make sure everything was working properly after the gas company came back to turn the gas on.

I highly recommend Sandoval Plumbing. They're service is amazing. Great father and son duo! Quick, efficient, professional, affordable, clean, but most of all honest. We have an old house which had old kitchen and bath tub drain pipes that were literally falling down and busted and a water heater that needed repair. They let us know our options, brought the materials in a day and they started work right away. Done in literally two days with everything. Just amazing. Just had a driver/plumber in a company car just about rear end me while driving like a maniac on the Kennedy; driving way to fast for the far-right lane where cars are exiting and entering the highway and driving slower in general. If that carelessness and recklessness is a mark of their work, you should probably look elsewhere.

this is a referral service, and not an actual plumbing company. you may get a good plumber that shows up or you may not. I did not and had to go through a maze of companies and phone numbers to figure out who actually showed up at my house. Pierce could not even tell me who they sent to my house. As a consumer, this is rather alarming really.
