Patricio, employee ID 2029, was fast, professional, and very polite. As a matter of fact, they originally stated they couldn’t get someone out until noon and then they called back at about 10 am and stated they had someone who could come out immediately. This was important to us since we have 2 small children and couldn’t use the bathtub. I only took off one star because of the price. That part I believe was outrageous; however, the professionalism and quickness of the company to get out to our house was fabulous.

Jesus was incredible. We had an issue with the kitchen sink leaking and garbage disposal not working. He was able to come fix the issue first thing the following day. First Chicago Plumbing installed a water heater in my house. They did the job same day, they were on time extremely professional and reasonable with price.The technicians were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They did an exceptional job with the install and clean up after they where done. I will definitely hire them again for all my plumbing needs.

It was undoubtedly a great job. The crew came out to help and they did a thorough inspection after which they proceeded to do the work. They are really wonderful people doing wonderful things.

Had water backing up in the basement after each heavy rain - Erwin, Robert and Diago did a superb job rotor-rooted the building's pipe to the sewer line, cleaned out the catch basin- basement has been dry ever since - Would recommend them without hesitation!

We had multiple issues with our hot water heater and John the tech from Vanderbosch came out recommended a replacement, found it in stock and installed the next day.

Conner came out and replaced our new water heater a few weeks ago and did an awesome job. For some reason we were having issues maintaining hot water. The company was amazing in responding to our questions we had and willing to come out again at no charge. Shane came out and was able to figure out the problem very quickly and we finally have hot water! We are so thankful for the work they did! I would highly recommend them!

This place is a gem, and their office staff Rhea is so lovely. We had a couple big issues this summer and have been so frustrated with other providers, but this company was always quick and thorough and nice.
