I'm in a 1 bdrm 1 bath house and every time we get rain/snow my toilet backs up into my bathtub making both unusable. I called rotorooter after reading some reviews and seeing their vans and they serviced some of the homes in my area. So I called them. Was greeted by a great customer service. They were able to send out Andrew right away. He did a full inspection of the house and diagnosed what was wrong and the best way to go about fixing the problem. He gave me a honest and accurate estimate. Then was ready to go to work. While working Andrew not only worked fast and clean but was multitasking by cleaning other parts of the bathroom. (toilet, handles, bathtub) overall I am extremely grateful for his work and the professionalism and service of RotoRooter.

Hooray!!! Our water heater is finally replaced after days of searching for an installer/plumber. It was very difficult to find anyone to install a 50-gallon water heater (same size as my original) into a very tight space of our condo.

Henry hands-down exemplifies true 24/7 service. When my ejector pump was malfunctioning at 1am, he answered the phone! He took his time walking me through temporary mitigation steps for my situation so I can go to bed in peace. The next morning, he showed up and patiently explained the situation and solution before getting to work on replacing the pump switch and check valve. I received a fair price for his time, no price gouging like many other companies tend to do when someone is in urgent need of service. Thank you Henry, I'm going to be a repeat client!
