The Service Tech, Danny, 2153, arrived at my house less than an hour after I called. He walked me through what he believed happened and what needed to be done. Danny provided me the cost up front at which point I had the option for service. I went ahead with the service. He was polite, patient and extremely kind. Outstanding service! We called because any time we used an appliance (washer, toilet, dish washer) our basement would take on water. J came out the same day and stayed almost 5 hours until the job was done! He unclogged all the sewer lines beneath our home, explained what he was doing, showed us the problem and resolved the issue. Cannot recommend enough!
