Fast and efficient!

We had our water pipes burst and freeze from the cold. We called a company to come take care of it and within minutes we saw a van parked nearby. We naturally assumed they have sent people to take care of it. The gentleman was Pat and he started working on it. After a couple minutes the bell rang and we realized that the actual plumber who we has called, had come and that Pat was there for our neighbors house. A total mix up. But Pat was a true professional and he fixed up our damaged pipe through and through. We explained to our neighbors what had happened and they were okay with it as well. We were just grateful for Pat’s dedication to his profession and his need to help us out at that time.Highly highly recommend Roto Rooter Plumbing and especially Pat!

I simply can not say enough how happy I am that I called Rocket Plumbing. I have had plumbing issues with our wellness clinic on Irving Park for over 15 years. I've had roto rooter, power plumbing, and a few other companies come out and charge a lot, but never truly fixed the problem. I called Rocket Pluming this week on an emergency call when our toilet was overflowing because of a combination of issues with old pipes, roots, 90 turns that most machines can't rout, etc.....these guys did their job.....came out within 30 minutes of may call, and worked diligently for over 4 hours until problem was resolved. Very kind, and intelligent young men. I was concerned about their experience level, as they looked 30 or younger, but boy did they get the job done! Thanks so much gentlemen!
