Best Service Plumbing in Chicago IL

We reached out to Rescue Plumbing to look into an interior wall drip that we started hearing recently and wanted to ensure was not a larger leak or pipe issue. Rescue Plumbing was not only able to accommodate a next day appointment to evaluate the problem, but Loga was incredibly helpful in explaining what the cause of the drip sound may be and also overview potential solutions.

Loga was honest about what he believed the situation entailed and explained that we did not currently need to cut into the wall to investigate further. This saved us potentially hundreds of dollars and the hassle of re-doing a wall for a drip that is likely a symptom of the changing weather vs. an actual leak or issue.

I will absolutely be using Rescue Plumbing in the future and so appreciated their responsiveness, honesty, and thorough explanations!

The cost is double what you will pay a typical plumber… I just paid $430 for a toilet ring replacement and I’ll save an extra $200 by replacing the little rubber flapper myself… but we’ve used this company a couple of times and definitely don’t believe there is any scamming/swindling going on as mentioned in a few other reviews. They are just pricey. We had an emergency last year and it was obvious that we were prepared for a big ordeal but the plumber surprised us with a simple solution which earned our trust. Their brand is “white glove service” rather than trying to come across the most competitive/affordable… so moving forward we will DIY or hire a handyman for simple home updates but we will continue to call them first when there is an urgent need for help.

Called for bathroom faucet repair estimate that would not stop running water . Estimate provided was exorbitantly overpriced. The price would have replaced te sink, faucet hardware, and toilet. They wasted my time and insulted my intelligence. As a woman, I would not trust this company to offer fair, priced quality service.

Rocket Plumbing is the best! Each person was totally responsive and professional every step of the way. We were on a tight timeline for our Kitchen Remodel project. We had the sink piping prepped and had copper piping installed for water delivery to a refrigerator on the other side of the kitchen from the sink. From the day of the quote (Dan the supervisor was awesome, explaining everything and getting a quote to use formally in a matter of minutes) to completion of the project was 48 hours. When there was a valve problem in the condo complex, Dan the supervisor was called and came out in a timely manner to provide his expertise! Eric the plumber worked diligently and professionally to complete the work. Another Eric at dispatch was spot on with timely communication at every phase! I can see why they call the company ROCKET - fast, reliable, quality, professional service. The cost of this project was competitive than other estimates we had gotten. Jonathan responded right away after having an emergency issues with pump in basement. My old land lord recommended him. He was very knowledgeable and patient discussing options. Within 1hr Milton was in the property, took a quick look and started to replace the ejector pump. Showed us what he would do, answered all questions we had, and was very profesional with everything. At the end, parts and labor was half of what Roto Rooter was going to charge me and now I have a go to plumber that I will call back if I have any issues.

I highly recommend 24 HR Emergency Plumber Chicago INC who came out to replace my 15 year old water valve and irrigation valve. I was worried at first but from how they handled the situation, they gave me another reason to trust them and probably hire them if need be.

Great service. They completed the job as promised, and are very professional and respectful. We had a larger water heater replace an older broken one and they did a great job installing it. The work was very clean and done to perfection. There were many prior errors in the plumbing and the pipes, and they fixed everything to be in the correct position and functioning properly. We love our new water heater and the nice long hot showers!

I called Sandoval Pluming to perform some maintenance service. They were very accommodating and were able to meet my request within 48 hours. Eduardo was very knowledgeable and provided solutions to our problem that were both effective and economical. . He identified what was best for us perform the work efficiently. Aidan was prompt, courteous, and helpful. He resolved our toilet clog in a matter of minutes, and while he was here helped us with a gas issue for an installation of a new washer and dryer.

We hadn’t even moved into our new house yet and the basement flooded from a faulty sump pump and the sewer backed up! Pete and Noah came out to help with the whole mess. They walked us through everything, every step of the way and made sure everything was done quickly and right. They were patient and understanding as we asked lots of questions.
