Victor was great when he came to unclog our kitchen sink. He explained what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. He shared what the flat rate was before he started any work. He made sure everything was working well and cleaned up before he left. Thank you!

Dax from Rescue Plumbing was awesome! Called Friday evening for a leak under the sink and he was there within a few hours. Stopped the link and recommend a new faucet, which he came back first thing Saturday morning to install, because I didn’t have a new faucet in hand at 9pm Friday night and stores were closed. Excellent service! We will only call Dax and Rescue Plumbing in the future.

I've used Roto-Rooter many times and they always do a great job. Today's technician, Harold, was outstanding. He quickly diagnosed the problem, prepared his game plan, and performed the gas valve replacement needed in a timely manner.

The city informed me that our water meter in our house was running continuously, which implies there's a leak, but my spouse and I couldn't find one one anywhere. I called Jesus at 9 am, and by 11 am he was at my house. He checked the meter, and then the first place we looked -- the basement toilet -- was the leaking culprit! Jesus turned off the water to the toilet, and the meter stopped spinning. I'm thankful for Jesus's quick and professional work, and he didn't charge us anything! Very friendly and knows what he's doing. 5 stars, highly recommend!

Eduardo is the best! Not only did he fix the building pipe that had burst, but he did quicker than other plumbers. I reached out to other companies but his company was the only one that was willing to come visit the problem as soon as I called. It was a Monday night and he made time to explain everything and came back the next morning, with his son to fix the pipe. Definitely will be my go to plumber moving forward.

We just moved in April so we were unsurprised there were plumbing issues after move in. We had a plumbing company that did other work but when they said it was 4k to fix a clogged pipe after looking at it for two minutes, my Ma suggested this company as a second opinion (she always uses them!). I was ready to pay 4k because I thought that the pipe would cost that much.

Glad I got a second opinion! Turns out they didn’t go as far as Matt did.

Matt was super professional and courteous. He went really far down the pipeline to clear debris from the previous owner and he took the time and care to make sure that was the issue. He explained everything to me and also got the job done in about two hours. Our plumbing works great now. Also, they are incredibly affordable, too. A++ 12/10 — found our permanent plumber now :)

Updated review: I wish I could give Rescue Plumbing 7 stars. I thought my new plumbing had a leak and it turned out that I installed the shower head wrong (massive facepalm). The same team visited my home and they were gracious, understanding, and fixed the issue quickly. Love this company.

They trick you into using them because they are fast to respond when most plumbers aren’t. But then they are very expensive and I felt taken advantage of. I consulted on them for several plumbing and hvac and sump pump issues. They took my money for a sump pump evaluation but then never followed up with a recommendation. The hvac they took my money for an eval but then wouldn’t take work to repair it since the AC was on the roof. So I had to pay someone else later to do the same inspection and then repair. They fixed the toilet but the fix never stuck, needless to say I did not have them back to fix it again. My garbage disposal and sink had an issue which they traced back to the battery but only told me it was the battery after I paid nearly $400. I felt like they kept trying to up-sell me for every issue with erroneous services but since we just moved into this older home I needed help getting things up and running. In retrospect I realize I was ripped off.
