You never want to be in a position where you need to call a plumber, Pete and Noah were transparent, friendly and quick to solve the problems with our kitchen sink. They quoted 1.5 hours to finish the job, they were done in 45 minutes.

The service person was friendly, but was originally quoted $1,000 to replace a bathroom faucet. When I said I had other lower cost options, they came down to $500. What an embarrassingly bold attempt to take advantage of a customer.
Have used them before for our condo assoc. but will def be shopping around next time since this quote illustrated a lack of trustworthiness.

The plumbing Tech was very professional and courteous. They called and arrived as scheduled. He wore PPE and shoe covers. He was able to address all 4 issues that I was having in my kitchen and bathroom. I would highly recommend them to anyone in this time of COVID-19. Top notch service and safety!

Replaced all my fixtures and drains, a bathroom vanity and repaired the water main without opening the cement floor, as other plumbers said was required. I called as I needed work done on a house I was selling, they were able to come out within the next couple days and resolve the issue quickly. They cleaned up after and write up a detailed receipt so I could provide this to the people buying my house. I was thrilled that they were able to do this as fast as they were and were very honest and up front as to what needed to be done, how long it would take and the cost. This lead to no surprises and a happy customer!

Updated review: I wish I could give Rescue Plumbing 7 stars. I thought my new plumbing had a leak and it turned out that I installed the shower head wrong (massive facepalm). The same team visited my home and they were gracious, understanding, and fixed the issue quickly. Love this company.
