A couple of weeks ago, I found out my toilet was clogged, and I had a broken tank as well. I had checked online for different companies to give me an estimate on fixing the issue. I went through six different companies, and they all had high prices. The last company I checked was this one. I was surprised at how low the cost was. I didn’t hesitate, based on the reviews, it seemed people had good experiences. I made an appointment, and right away, Bob and his helper Santos came over and took care of the issue. They were polite, respectful, and knew what they were doing. They reassured me that everything was going to work out. The cost was relatively low to what I expected based on other companies. I would not hesitate and recommend these guys. Now I know who to go to if I ever have any plumbing issues.

Appointment was easy, the came out right away, professional and friendly. They did everything quickly and cleanly. We had a true emergency and I was impressed with the response. We are now using them for other repairs and upgrades.

Don from Roto-Rooter was great ! Did a good job with my kitchen sink pipe leak and replacing my washer pipes. He is quick and knowledgeable and was able to do the job around my schedule. Glad to know I have a place that can work around my schedule and do a good job !

I will hire Vanguard anytime I have a plumbing problem. Jan got the repairs started over the phone. George did the actual work. Both were efficient and provided great service.

I can't speak highly enough of the service Jesus and his team provided. We are first time homeowners and chose because of the great reviews---they're all accurate! He was so quick to respond, is really patient and understanding (i.e. answers a billion of our questions :-), gave a fair price for a large project, and completed quickly. I hired this company based off of the many good reviews before mine... Juan and his company lived up to the positives reviews ... I hired him for one job that turned into 3 things...as far as knowledge Great! Juan...the guys a nice guy and professional ... Price he was fair and gave me a brake on thing one... I think if I shopped it I could of got thing 2 cheaper But I gave it to him to get it done ... and thing 3 I felt was was too high priced but thing 3 I had to use him for... Would I recommend Yes! ... Over all he was fair against his competitors and less expensive then many... where I felt he was High, it was his honest charge so it wasn't like the guy was taking me to the bank... and hes up front, not pushy just what the man wants for the work... not an up charge company or anything like that...He asked for a review and this is my honest opinion ... These companies are all over the board in price so nothings going to be cheap in these areas... I did my home work before hiring this company and have years of experience with this issue... This company over all even though Of the high price comment on one thing was fair... So $$$ aside he knows his stuff and you will be able to depend on him getting it done right and being professional...
