Best Garbage Disposal in Chicago IL

I had a major problem with a toilet leaking into the basement. Rescue Plumbing was able come out and fix an issue I was told previously was not fixable. These guys rock. Their fee's were in line if not better than others I had compared them to. Very glad I found Rescue Plumbing and will use again for anything plumbing related.

Our bathrooms were having issues flushing, Pete and Noah were able to get everything fixed!

I have used Roto Rooter periodically for many years and have always been absolutely satisfied with the service. Andre #8971 was my latest service provider and he astonished me by reminding me that he'd been to the property in the past and he remembered what my issues were. Andre and his assistant got to work quickly, completed the job quickly and explained exactly what was done and advised as to how often I should continue with my sewer maintenance. I'd be pleased to have the two of them return when I book again for service

Jan is extremely responsive and helpful. He was able to send an estimate for repairs to our kitchen and bathroom plumbing in our newly purchased condo based off photos alone. Granted, the estimate is JUST THAT, so if things appear during the process do not be surprised. We ended up needing a second day of work to complete the necessary repairs but Jan and his team made it happen THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING! This team is worth the money, as the work is quality and peace of mind is something money cannot buy. I will definitely use Vanguard in the future.

Had a leak issue in our laundry room that was dripping down to tenant's apt below. Alex and Sam were able to come out the morning after I called, showed up promptly at 7am, and were able to diagnose and fix the issue within 40 minutes. I still made it to work on time! Amazing job, would recommend these guys.

Drew was simply the best. I have not met a more genuine and hard working person. He worked so hard to save my toilet so that I wouldn't have to buy a whole new system. Plumber Matt was very good and professional. Price was reasonable except for the extra 160.00 for 5 minutes past the first hour. Labor at 160 an hour is reasonable but 160 for 5 minutes is hard to swallow.

I will definitely use them again when I need a plumber. The plumber showed up when promised and did a great job.

I have used Apex Plumbing & Sewer for over 15 years at all of my rental properties and my own residence. They are extremely dependable and reliable. Whether it is a replacement water heater, sewer backup, stopped up toilet/bathtub or any type of water leak, I can count on Apex for a quick response and excellent service; always the same day, weekday or weekend. All of their plumbers, from new installation to service, are knowledgeable and polite.

Juan has helped me many times over the years on projects small and large. He's very responsive and communicates well. The first time I met him he helped me with a large sewer project between my building and the city sewer. His bid was competitive and he got started right away. Since then he's helped me install faucets, repair drains, and find gas leaks. Highly recommend.

My toilet is clogged, and the dirty water penetrated through the ceiling and dripping down to the downstairs level. I found this company from yelp and had them come to do the work.

The plumber George showed up in 60 minutes (at around 5 pm CST) and charged us $170 emergency fee right away (Yes, perfectly match the company's name). He ran a sewer snake drill to try to clear the clog but failed. The drill bit broke inside the drainpipe. Even the work was not done, he charged us another $200 for his effort. He said he has to bring a camera to check the drainpipe the next day. So we pay $369 for nothing on the first day.

George and his manager came four days later (yes, they are surprisingly busy). They ran the camera ($355) through the drainpipe and found the big congestion is gone. They said it could be due to the flushing from downstairs. However, they also found another small clog which could cause problems in the future. I asked them to run another round of snake drill to clean the little clog spot. They said that wouldn't work. They ended up cut open two drywalls ($150). One is in the back of the toilet (totally unnecessary), and one is the ceiling downstairs. After that, they said they need to charge me another $2700 to open the pipe and remove the clog (the price does not include fixing the drywall). I stopped their service at that point.

Two days later, I had another plumber company to check the issue. They ran the camera ($250), identified the spot, drilled the drainpipe ($380), reran the camera to make sure the clog is gone. They recorded all the videos and gave me a copy of them.

If I had the 2nd company do the work in the first place, I should only need to spend $630 and get everything done. Now, I had paid $875 to Right Away and another $500 to fix the drywall. I could spend another insane $2700 to have them open the pipe and remove the clog if I listened to them. A good company should find the most suitable solution for the client, but not the most expensive and unnecessary solution.
