I asked Tom to give me a proposal on three new toilets for my home. He followed up 2 weeks later but I was not ready. 3 months passed and finally I was ready. The technician required that I show him my 5-star review before giving me the reduced price. The original price was out of my range, so we negotiated a different price, based on my positive review. I went back and gave a 1-star review because of the shady business practice. I will say that after we decided on a price, within 5 minutes the clog was fixed.

We've used Vanguard for a variety of plumbing projects over the years and they always deliver. We needed our P Trap replaced and after a call and a couple of photos they were there the next day and had it fixed in under an hour. I haven't comparison shopped plumbers in some time but their prices seem a bit high. However, the work is fast and reliable and I'll continue to use them when needed.

Recommend Go-Rooter for everyone to use. I had a leaking toilet issue in the rental place and I called Go-Rooter. Alex, the plumber, gave a quick call back and provided me his availability for the same day. The communication was efficient and easy. During the work, he provided me the timely update on the work via phone when I couldn't be there. He also sent the photos of the clean up and the root cause of the problem as I requested. The entire process was smooth and clear. The charge is also flat rate based on the work.

My plumber was Bob and a crew of two. They were efficient and courteous. They showed me the problem, did the rodding and offered suggestions for precautions and upkeep. Nicely priced. Will contact for additional work and will refer.
