We had a fantastic experience with Rescue Plumbing. We found a leak on a Saturday morning, by Saturday afternoon Pete had arrived to assess the situation and fixed our issue. We also had him look at a few other plumbing related concerns we had (we live in an old row home). He and his apprentice Noah came back that week and again fixed our issues in a timely manner. Communication and professionalism was wonderful throughout the whole process. Although we are hoping to have no more additional issues, we wouldn’t hesitate to call Rescue Plumbing again.

Armion (#601) came to help me with two plumbing issues. He was very punctual and polite and friendly. He took the time to explain what the issues are and what's required to fix. I have used Roto-Rooter in the past and will definitely use them again.

I talked to Jan to have both ejector pumps in my home replaced. I was also planning on getting the anode rod in my water heater replaced, however, due to its placement and the difficulty in getting access to the old one, I decided to against it. I definitely appreciated the time Jan took to discuss options and he wasn't pressuring me to go in one direction or another. After that, he quickly gave me an estimate for the ejector pump replacement, got it scheduled, and ended up charging less because the job took 1.5 hours less than estimated.

Someone called me representing the company and said they must get 300 dollars right then over the phone, before they came out. I asked could I give cash when the worker arrived and was told no he needed a credit card payment now over the phone. This made me very uncomfortable and not want to work with this company. Why would I give money before anyone even arrive? I could have gave cash or called and paid when he got here. I don't know him to trust once he get my information he was going to arrive and how would I have gotten a receipt proving my payment. It's already frustrating that there is a plumbing issue companies shouldn't want to take advantage or stress the customer even more. To make matters worse he told me someone would call me to make an appointment since I didn't want to pay the money and no one never called. I will be using a different company

Deserves a 5 star rating x1000. John got through 9 years of sewer drain blockage and tree roots and didn’t leave til the job was done. We didn’t know how close we actually were to a full on sewer problem but had already tried renting a snake at Home Depot to unclog it ourselves. Tried and failed, called at least 8 different companies but 24HR is the one that got us through and now I have peace of mind. Will be calling again for any plumbing needs.

They cleaned up everything at the end and left the kitchen spotless. I really appreciate the time and care they took!

This is an excelent plumber, i initially hired someone else who could not get the job done. I found Chicagoland Plumbing through recommendation within the industry. Edwin went above and beyond working for 6 hours to clear a clog in what turned out to be a bad connection at our second floor unit in a typical greystone. Its been working well ever sense and we will be following all maintenance recommendations. All and all, he was smart, found the issue, got it fixed, very clean, and did not charge any extra for the unexpected durration of the work needed. He is my forever chicago plumber.

These reviews do not lie! This past Sunday after doing multiple loads of laundry back to back water started to come out of our basement shower. We called Sandoval Plumbing and Eddie answered right away, however, we decided to wait until the next day. Then comes Monday morning at about 5:30 am it started pouring rain and that is when our minor issue became a HUGE problem. Water was overflowing from our shower then it started to come out of the toilet after the shower was clogged. It was a total mess and we reached out to Eddie again close to 7 am and he called back within 20 mins. Eddie provided us with an ETA, arrived on time and called us when he was on his way. Once he arrived he took a look and knew what he had to do. Our main line was backed up and needed rodding. On top of that our sump pump also needed to be changed since it was older and no longer working. He provided recommendations of what replacement parts were needed and we went to purchase them while he started rodding. Eddie is extremely knowledgeable with 25 years of experience. He took his time to explain to me what the problem was and it was definitely helpful. He was done in about 3 hrs and price is reasonable. I will definitely be using him in the future and highly recommend anyone who needs plumbing services.

José arrived early (after checking I was available). He reviewed the job, provided a cost, left for about 40 minutes for parts and returned to complete the job, for a total time of 2-3 hours. José appeared to be skilled at the work, acted professionally and cleaned up afterwards.
Job was to replace a section of pipe under the sink for a total cost $375.

We are scheduled to have them Friday but they came Highly recommended. look forward to future business !!!

My husband thought he lost his ring down the drain so I called Apex late on a Wednesday night: I spoke to Chas and he talked me through the process of opening the drain myself and checking, so I could avoid the 150$ fee! Over the years I've been raped by plumbing company prices so I was hesitant about using a new company. A friend recommended Juan from Go-Rooter so I called and the whole experience from start to finish was amazing.
Juan quoted me an amazing price to snake my toilet and also threw in a video inspection to make sure no new problems arose from the work I had done. Juan was very professional, and thorough explaining the process.

All Pro plumbing did a great job. I had another company come out and they gave me the run around. This guys did the job on time, on budget and we're honest from the start.. I suggest using their services.

We hadn’t even moved into our new house yet and the basement flooded from a faulty sump pump and the sewer backed up! Pete and Noah came out to help with the whole mess. They walked us through everything, every step of the way and made sure everything was done quickly and right. They were patient and understanding as we asked lots of questions. While I’m not happy all this happened - I’m grateful to have found honest plumbers who helped us through it.

Wally provided great service and explained the issue with our ejector pump clearly. He and his assistant quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the pump in a couple hours.

Henry responded promptly and was able to fit my repair in with a day. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I plan to use him in the future as well.

We needed to have a plumber on call for a very important event. Robin and the team were wonderful and helped us every step of the way to ensure we were ready if anything happened. I appreciate the team and will be using them again in the future.
