Jan is great on the phone, and he asked questions and coached me through things to check to see if I really needed a plumber (e.g. when my garbage disposal died he talked me through a reset attempt). He had me email photos and was able to give me a clear sense of my options. George came out to do the work and was great, and was able to diagnose and fix problems created by poor plumbing decisions by previous owners of my condo - including setting me up to solve simple plumbing problems on my own! Fast, responsive, and work done right - Vanguard definitely deserves its reputation!
