Best Drain Plumbing Service in Chicago IL

Dex and Lobo were here for the second time in a week for two totally different issues at my home and once again they took care of business. This time it was a backed up kitchen sink and poorly installed piping that needed repair. Can't thank Dex and Lobo enough for their professionalism, craftsmanship and honesty. As long as Rescue Plumbing keeps Dex around, I will never use another service. Thank you!

Jan, at Vanguard Plumbing, is the most knowledgeable tradesman I've ever had the pleasure of hiring. He explains in detail what the problem is, works quickly, and does the job right the first time. What he charges per hour is reasonable especially considering the quality of work he provides. Also, Jan is very communicative regarding appointments and is on time. I will always use Vanguard plumbing.

Jesus was awesome. Right after moving in to our new house, we had water backup in our basement. He assessed the situation, tested it the ejector pump, and determined it was just a stuck valve most likely due to having not been used in so long prior to us moving in. He said it if happened again we could just jiggle the pipe to dislodge the valve. He tested it a few times and it DID WORK. He said if I still wanted, he could open it up and look but I decided his verdict was good enough for me. He said it was NO CHARGE and wouldn't accept payment even though I tried to insist. He was really great at explaining everything to me since I know very little about plumbing or sewer issues. He was awesome and will definitely be our go-to guy for this stuff from now on.

We had a mystery problem with our sump and ejector pumps. First Chicago took the time to understand exactly what was going on, recommended the right course of action, and was there in no time. Professional, responsive, and helpful every step of the way!

They gave me a quote, which is on the high side. But, I have a deadline to meet, so I agreed. The quote is based on at least four communications, including photos, phone conversations. However, as soon as the plumber arrived, he asked to double the price. Wow! Then, he refused to do the job and left.

The company has very limited control of​ the plumbers the company sent. The plumber just refused to work and left. Very disturbing​.

I can not count on this company. Very unreliable and potentially price gauging.
