My husband used this company for his restaurant. The gentlemen who he spoke to said he would show camera footage through the all the piping and water jet. Upon arrival the gentlemen brought out a descaler only and said this will take care of the job. After descaling one drain in less than 30 minutes, he said we are done and my husband told him you said you would water jet and show me the footage everywhere. He water jetted for a few minutes and then showed footage from one spot. Then my husband wrote a check and he left.

Prior to him leaving my husband told him there’s a putrid smell coming from the pipe you descaled. He said pour some bleach/degreaser and it’ll be gone soon.

It has been a significant amount of time, I can’t recall how long exactly, I would say a year and the smell has never EVER left especially if the dish washer sink is used which is often. Customers continue to remind my husband about a smell once they enter from time to time.

My husband was very thankful for the initial problem being solved. The initial problem was the drain kept backing up whenever the dish washer sink was used. This drain is located near the customers register towards the entrance where they first walk in AND order from.

I would give this business a 10 star review if I could for the initial problem being solved but the aftermath is something I still deal with whenever I visit the business and am consistently reminded of it

VanDerBosch Plumbing recommended $6,100 for work on a catch basin under my condo unit. I decided it was important to get a 2nd opinion and our condo board agreed. Power Plumbers conducted the 2nd opinion and determined the line in question is not in use, so the work was unnecessary.

It was a very simple process for Power to determine this and if you ask me, a crucial component every plumber should verify before they recommend such a big job - this would have involved ripping up my hardwood floor and 3 feet of concrete to get to the pipe.

Plumber was due 11-3; he arrived at 3; he left at 3:18. He was rude and arrogant. I was quoted a price for an hour of service; he added on $40 for a nut or bolt that he used. You live and learn; I will not use this service again.

Pete Ismail from Rescue Plumbing did an excellent job investigating issues with our building's sewer system, explaining what is required to repair the issue, and completing the large project. He also was gave us great guidelines for routine maintenance of the system.
