Best Clogged Kitchen in Chicago IL

Baethke Plumbing has provided us with outstanding service in the past, and our most recent experience with their senior technician Ron Page has been most impressive. We highly recommend them and their outstanding staff.

Lewis came and unclogged our kitchen sink for us. He was very professional and very nice. Not only did he unclog the drain for us but also gave us some advice on how to keep our drain clean.

Would recommend Jan to anyone in need of a plumber. Great attitude and very good at what he does. He went above and beyond while replacing our hot water heater and even followed up the next day with a phone call to make sure everything was working properly.

First Chicago was responsive and professional, quickly responding to my request for a quote, answering my questions and getting the work scheduled. They also did a great job of walking me through the work they did at the end of the day. I would certainly call them again for future work.

Chas came out to quote the cleaning of my catch basin. I had just experienced a clogged sewer that had to be rodded and I used a different company. The other company tried to back me into a corner and get me to commit to some costly repairs when I was in a desperate situation. I told Chas the story and he advised me on all my options. I could say a lot of bad things about the other company, but I will just say that I will call Apex for any future needs. Give them a call!

Matt is excellent. I recently had him replace an aging water heater in my home. He was extremely quick to respond to my call for a quote and was very proactive with communication throughout the rest of the installation process. His team of two plumbers, who came to perform the installation, were very professional, courteous and helpful with any and all questions I had. They did excellent work. I will use Matt again in the future for my plumbing needs.

Dominick adjusted his schedule enabling him to address my overflowing toilet immediately. Dominick's prompt response and attention were greatly appreciated. Furthermore, his services were extremely thorough, performing several checks which proved valuable as we thought we had the issue resolved, only to determine on the final check that there was still a lingering issues. During the installation process, Sam was very meticulous, providing a seamless experience. Sam was WONDERFUL, he was clean, efficient and wore his mask and shoe booties without me even asking. He took the time to answer all my repetitive questions and I felt confident he truly loved this business and wanted to look out for his customers best interests. I will absolutely call this company again if I run into trouble but that won't be for a long time because it was finally fixed right! I highly recommend Sam and Chicago Water Heater and Pump Specialist care about your well being.

Awesome Plumbing Service

So the person who fixed my urinal was of great help and did his job thoroughly. The business model for this company isn't very professional or honest. I was told it would be $250 to stop my urinal from leaking. Little did I know it takes 15 seconds to shut off the water.....charging $250 for that is excessive. I asked them to repair the urinal and he told me he waived the $250 fee since Im using them to fix my urinal. Apparently, it was only a tiny little gasket that needed to be replaced and that only took no more than 10 minutes. I thought that was great and assumed I would get a better rate considering they thought it could have been much worse where it was a job that would take a couple of hours.. I was completely wrong.....I was charged $450 to change a tiny gasket in my urinal that took a total of 10 minutes...won't be using their service anymore.

Shoddy workmanship and customer service, you get what you pay for. They will mess something up inevitably and good luck getting them to fix it. They have many company names and several complaints with the BBB. I just wish I would have known that before I used them. BIG MISTAKE!
