Great service from start to finish. Starting at the service call, the gentleman took the time to listen to the issue and share his thoughts, then we scheduled the free estimate. Chas came to do the estimate and he was just as professional, listned to the problem (floor drain backing up) , investigated (popped manholes and drain covers, looked at sink line inside) and promptly outlined his opinion on the options. We had a deal and Chas took care of the problem on the spot. 10 minute phone call on Friday, rodded and unclogged line by 11 Am on Saturday. Will call again and refer to others. ? After our DIY renovation required more plumbing work than we expected, we called Tony on a Saturday morning to give us an estimate on what it would take to get our project back on track. Tony made time that very afternoon. He gave us a detailed overview of what was required, including options that would keep our kitchen up to code and was able to come back the following Monday to complete the work. Tony is also a licensed electrician and agreed to take care of some electrical work, saving us the time and energy finding another person to help with our project. A few short days later, we're back on track and ready to move on with our renovation. We can't thank Tony enough!

Completely INCOMPETENT. Scheduled an appointment and right before the visit was told that they don't serve my area, and that's after providing all my info and waiting for them days in advance.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Very unprofessional. Did not honor warranty. We are out $10,000 will have to sue as owner did not honor warranty. He actually tried to charge us more to correct his botched job!
