Best Chicago Sump Pump in Chicago IL

I had water/sewage coming up through my floor drain, and while I was able to minimize the impact, couldn't use any water until it was fixed. Called Rescue Plumbing and they were out that day. Pete and Noah were very professional, quickly got the line rodded, ran a camera to identify the underlying issues, and even used a sensor to identify the precise location of the problem. They were both very friendly, answered all the questions I had, and it was clear to me the expertise was deep and that the job was done right. Based on this experience would highly recommend Rescue Plumbing.

Overall a very good experience. I was scheduled for the next day after my call. Like everyone, I’d like plumbing jobs to be cheaper but facts are facts. I was offered five different options for service/price and that was really appreciated. The work was efficient and transparent— we walked through the entire job and as parts of the process were completed. Josh and Dan did a great job; I swear the area was cleaner after they left. I will call Baethke again.

Update: I did call again (work performed on 7-12-21) and this job was completely consistent with the last. Repairs made to our shower this time. Price/service options were reasonable and Yuriy was friendly, efficient, thorough and clean.

if i could leave negative stars, i would. the short version is this: i scheduled an appt for an estimate on a new outside faucet installation. i asked if their quote was acceptable, when could the work begin. was told same day. RR gave me a 4-hour window. serviceman showed up 2.5 hrs after the window ended. when he showed, he didn't come prepared to do any work. after looking at my setup in the basement for about 10 seconds, he said a thousand dollars. say what? i had already researched and thought somewhere in the range of 200-500 would be acceptable. asked if he could give breakdown of parts and labor. he wrote up invoice without breakdown and said this is the price. called 2 other local plumbers, one quoted 180 and the other 325. will never call RR again. total price gouge and unprofessional.

Called Rocket Plumbing with an emergency - a leaking bathroom tub faucet. Although they were initially booked for same-day service, they were able to slot me in when someone cancelled. I am so thankful that not only did they fix the faucet, they explained the problem w/o being condescending, checked out something extra I hadn't initially thought to ask about, and were flexible and friendly. Great service! This is the second time I have used RP due to the amazing service and excellent work done during the first visit.
