They came out on short notice, quickly found the problem (hairline crack in cpvc elbow), immediately fixed the problem with parts from the van, then they took some extra steps to confirm there was no wider problem, and offered some recommendations how to clear up some of the impact.

The gentlemen that came out were very friendly and personable.

Technician showed up early (which was a good thing). I had gotten off work early and called to see if they could come earlier than the previously set appointment time, which they did.The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He added some refrigerant to my system and checked out the entire system. We are now waiting to see if the freon leaks out, or if it just wasn't set up and charged properly when it was initially installed last year (by a different company).The technician also wanted me to text him personally the following day to make sure everything was working as it should be.I was very pleased with the service. Our main drain was clogged and Mike Wilson came out on a late evening emergency call. When he arrived he worked with the city personnel in an attempt to determine if the problem was ours or the city’s. When the city was unable to locate their cleanout, Mike began working from our end.
