Amazing service . 757 seven cities plumbing came out the same day I called for a major plumbing issue and fixed the problem in less than a hour. Highly recommended.
The price that I was quoted was what I paid on top of getting my service done on a holiday weekend! Shawn was very professional and arrived exactly when he said he would.

Shawn was great! He & his assistant were very professional & he knew exactly what my problem was with a leaky bathtub faucet! And, the best part is, he saved me hundreds of dollars compared to another companies guesstimation. I will be using 757 again!!

This company was awesome. I called them and got a response right away. I didn't have to leave a message and wait days for someone to call be back. I called one other company before I called 757 Seven Cities. The guy took my name and number and told me that I would get a call back. I'm still waiting for that call back. It's been a month. 757 Seven Cities is my plumbing company for now on.

I was so distressed đ© over my clogged main drain.

Shawn was amazing! He answered his phone when no one else did or had time. We had a few jobs that needed to be taken care of. He was on time, came and assessed the jobs and gave us his professional opinion on what we needed. He took care of everything within a few hours and we are grateful. Heâs definitely gem and we will recommend him to anyone. The best part is, he cleans up after his work!

Shawn Tolan and 757 Seven Cities Plumbing is excellent. We had a significant drain issue and he responded promptly, was very professional, completed the troubleshooting and the repair in a timely manner, and then charged a very reasonable price. My husband and I have been truly blessed to have used the services of Shawn and his son twice now. The first time, they repaired a clogged toilet for us. Today, they repaired our washing machine. They are both so very kind, knowledgeable of their work, and are willing to share that knowledge with you when asked! They are always very professional, efficient, neat and clean. They also make you feel as if you are a part of their family. Shawn actually remembered things from our initial encounter and asked me about them (that amazed me). He even went so far as to start a load of clothes for me that was in the washer after he repaired it! Being that I am disabled, that brought me to tears. That was so helpful. They are truly a blessing.

They charge $125-150 an hour which is high but they are brutality efficient, dont waste time and are very professional.
You get what you pay for.
I would definitely use them again if in need.

My husband and I reached out to 757 Seven Cities Plumbing for an unknown water leak in our up stairs bathtub. Spoke to Shawn filled him in with what little info we knew and he came out the same day. He came in assessed everything and within 5 minutes found the problem, and had it fixed within an hour. We were so happy and relieved. He was very professional and explained the whole repair process. Also, I can almost guarantee no one could have beat his price. Very, very reasonable and affordable. We will 100% be calling Shawn for any of our future plumbing needs.

Called Shawn and he was super responsive and available and came to the job right in the time frame he said. He made the modifications necessary to fit the new water heater and he sweated the pipes and clearly new what he was doing. He was easy to work with and very reasonably priced. He also went above and beyond after seeing that the water pressure in our home was low. He went into the crawl space unsolicited to check what kind of piping we had to the house and upon seeing that everything looked good stated that he believed the issue was with the water meter and recommended that we contact the city and have them look into it. We now have a low water pressure request in with Newport news water works, so we'll see what happens. Having heard some less than pleasant stories about plumbers that other people have used, I would highly recommend calling Shawn. He's good people.

757Seven Cities Plumbing Service Shawn has been my plumber for almost 2 year since I move to the NN VA area. I use two other plumbers through my home warranty company which couldnât fix the issue of the water flow in my kitchen sink. He knew what the issue was within in minutes of checking it out and fixed it . I have not had an issues with it since. I have called him back several times since he fixed the sink for issues in my 3 bathrooms from unclogging a drain/sewer to installing new toilets, and faucets. The most recent service was-repairing leak causes by another company work error, he was able to fix. He has alway been on time, know his profession extremely well, and no mess is ever left behind. All works has been in very timely manner and price is very fair. I have always been very blessed with his work and most grateful . We just purchased a home and lucky us there was some back up in the hall tub. I called or tried to find several plumbers and no response. Shawn called me back quickly, and he was very straightforward in his cost as well as the possibility it may be more than one issue. He came to the home and was professional and kind, and ended up clearing the pipes and cleaning up from the back up that happened before he came. Definitely using again!

Shawn and crew were professional, punctual, and fast. They came prepared, even with my terrible description of the problem, and took care of the issue at a reasonable price. Shawn removed the shoddy, glued drain plumbing and installed new PVC with slip joints for easy future disassembly. Extremely satisfied and I will recommend him to anyone who asks.

Very disappointing. I called Shawn and asked if he could come out and check for a water leak which NNWW notified us about. He didnât sound very interested in taking the job but asked that I text him our address and contact information to the number I called. He said he would try to make it out at the beginning of the following week. I texted him our address, our contact information and wrote again what the issue was. I never heard back from him again! He didnât even have the decency to acknowledge my text message. I guess if youâre in high demand, you can pick and choose your customers. Obviously, we didnât meet his standards. While he receives lots of great reviews when he actually shows up, my suggestion would be to find someone who is more reliable.
