Paid $800 plus dollars for plumbing repairs 5 months ago - 3 times the average it should cost in my area for the same job. Pipes/Drains clogged again. Company says we're out of Warranty! What do you warranty your work for, 30 days? Incredibly disappointed in this Company's policy of not standing by their work. Do not recommend.

Extremely satisfied with the job Aron and Matthew did clearing 70+ feet of sump pump discharge pipe. Multiple clogs. They wouldn’t give up. I’ve never seen two people try to out work one another! I would highly recommend this company and these two guys.

Edit: Repeat customer! Replacement of wax ring and resetting of a second toilet to fix a sneaky leak was quickly and expertly done. Our tech, Brian, was professional and courteous, returning in deteriorating weather later the same day to repair a leak that was inconsistent in its presentation, and Tricia, in the office was so understanding and delightful. Service was very reasonably priced too. Wouldn't call anywhere for plumbing issues.

Analysis of, and repair/replacement of leaking toilet was accomplished in less than 48 hours. Our service tech, Ricky Rivers, was excellent! Professional, courteous, honest, efficient, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Will definitely request him for any future plumbing problems. Approximately 3 days ago I arrived at my home after driving 9hrs at around 3am to find that I had a massive leak that I later learned was my supply line. Never having had to deal with this before, I obviously freaked out and got the water turned off. Later that morning after calling multiple plumbers local to the Norfolk and Virginia Beach area I had one come out from a different company (NOT MR. ROOTER) that immediately wanted to charge me $3.5k just to break up concrete and look for the leak. He did not turn the water on, or so much as shine a flashlight on the area I said water was coming from. The next company wanted me to do leak detection through a 3rd party first and then have them do the repair, the leak detection was quoted to be about $500, most other places charge much less.

This is significant because Mr. Zhane Albrecht from Mr. Rooter not only found the leak that was actually located above ground, but explained to me how the damage occurred, why it occurred and how he was going to fix it. This guy is the walking epitome of customer service and satisfaction, he wasn't pushy and you could tell he was advising on matters as if it were his own home which speaks volumes to his character as a professional that cares about people.

Rarely is it ever a good circumstance to have to call out a plumber, but through the unfortunate issue I had, I was thankful I had somebody knowledgeable and honest enough to see me through to the other side WITHOUT trying to rake me over the coals. Thanks Zhane, you're the man!

The service is great. The people are are too. Scheduling is great also. But it’s gonna hit you in the pockets a little bit. But you get what you pay for.

Prompt service. Polite employees and agreeable prices. The technicians took care to place tarps to protect our carpets as well as to explain what they were doing during each step. The repair was done efficiently and the technicians took considerable care to clean up. We will definitely recommend to both family and friends.

Aron and Travis did a great job of assessing the best way to plumb our Cat Genie into the laundry room sink. Thay used a special drainpipe with a dishwasher tee in the drain line for the Cat Genie waste line. They hooked up the cold-water line and used a special flexible drain trap to handle the trapping and the configuration differences from a standard u-trap.
The work is neat, clean, tidy, and not visible. This project went very smoothly from beginning to end. It cleaned up a tripping hazard, eliminated a water hose line and waste line eyesore, and made the maintenance more practical because of the increased movability of the Cat Genie itself.
