Came To my house same day. I think we resolved the issue (really quickly too). Need to wait for the water in the tank to flush out to confirm if the problem has been fixed. Will update to 5 stars once I know for sure that my issues have fully been resolved.

High quality service. These are clearly professional plumbers that know what they are doing. Arrived right at the beginning of the two hour window. They wore booties/socks over their shoes to protect the floors from getting dirty. They were polite, and thorough.

We had hired a gentleman from this company a few years ago to replace our exterior hose bibs. He did an excellent job.

This year we hired them back to take care of a leaky tub faucet and replace a kitchen faucet. It has been a disaster.

They never truly fixed the bath tub faucet and twisted it so badly they broke pipes and it has resulted in a very expensive job involving plumbing and drywall.

They also replaced the disposal on our sink, but left the pipes in such disarray, there was no adhesive used and the pipes leaked.

We have had to hire another plumber and spent hundreds of dollars fixing their mistakes

I will never use them again and would highly recommend against anyone using them. The people they sent out for this latest fiasco had no idea what they were doing and cost us a great deal of money. They refused to come out and do the job right.

One Stop is my first choice for any of my plumbing needs. The staff is knowledgeable and pleasant. Quality customer service and outstanding work ... They have managed to consistently exceed my expectations!!!

Great and Quick Service

Today, I had workers Carlos and Duke. They were awesome. I have a home warranty and the showers in both my bathrooms were clogging up along with both of my toilets one in each bathroom were leaking water on the floor(the seals were worn out). I had two other plumbing companies come to my home through my home warranty since last week but neither of them wanted to put the effort in to unclog me or stop my leaks. One company told me I had a leak in my main line that needed repair and the other company told me they did not want to snake me from my main line as the warranty company covered, but wanted me to pay them myself to snake my house from my roof. This was not the case with One Stop plumbing. Carlos and Duke worked diligently to unclog both of my bathrooms and changed the seals on both of my toilets. Now I can shower, and flush the toilet without any backup. Oh and the best part, they cleaned up after themselves. Swept and wiped down the floors, and cleaned the tubs leaving them smelling fresh and clean. Thank you One Stop Plumbing!

I never leave reviews but for this company I had to. We had this company referred to us by our homebuyers group (not always the best). Another company they had sent out came and tried to scam us and only repaired 1 of the 3 leaks under our kitchen sink failing to report the others to the homebuyers company.... but we tried again and I am really glad we did.

They called me at 9:30am for the initial call and 30 mins later had called to tell me they had the technicians on their way to my home. Extremely responsive and very honest. A great company to keep in mind.

Bobby and Duke were so nice and explained things to me and were able to repair the other leaks and some. They were in and out in under an hour. They were extremely professional and did a wonderful job. From the office staff to the technicians this company is high quality and understanding. Professional and reliable service! On last week, I called about a few issues, one of them was concerning my garbage disposal. After the two gentleman took a thorough look at the garbage disposal, they noticed it was outdated and was unable to be repaired. Fortunately, there was a brand new disposal on hand and my several month issue was repaired in minutes! On yesterday, the same two gentleman came to see if there was a possible slow leak in the toilets/house. They checked the crawlspace, the water meter, and of course the toilets. Their service during both visits was thorough and informative. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!

Wouldnt use a company with such a bad, unsafe driver. Rode about 3 feet behing me going 80 on the highway for aboit 30 miles until he decided to speed around and cut me off with no blinker. I had my kids in the car. I watched as he did this to several other drivers. If he doesnt care about people on the road how is he going to care about his service.

I have to give one stop plumbing 5 stars! Used home warranty and initially got referral to another competitor that took weeks to make initial contact. Ask to be transferred and one stop picked up the job. Tiffany is a service rep and her customer service was the best I have received in years. Carlos and his crew came out to assess old heater determined the issue, and recommended a replacement. There was a two day turnaround on receiving new heater and I was back up in running. I would recommend this company to any of my friend and family. Their staff understands the service industry and gets it right. Hard working Americans!

I normally don't comment or give review but I had to if I could give them a zero I would..I Warranty Company got this Company to come out and check my water heater I'm asking what the problem is he said nothing all he said was he had to get authorization from the Company fine so he goes out side and called so in the meantime the other guy came and said we have to take your co payment I said you haven't fix anything he said that's how the Company does.So I call to the Warranty Company to see why I have to pay up front he said that's their policy..So Neve came back and said they went the claim cause the record told him him I just got service yesterday in the meanwhile I'm still on the phone with Warranty Company the Supervisor stated I had this Warranty since Jan 28,2018...So they left I then call back to Warrranty Company and got the authorization department on the phone they started he hasn't called and gave the diagnosis, so I called to this Company the recp said that he was talking to them then...I called back to the Authorization Dept once again he said he hadn't call..Once I hung up with them call back to Company she stated that they deny the claim...So I'm going back and forth...So I called them from 2:30 to about 4:30 all I got was their answering machine even the Warranty Company call no answer this is very unprofessional ...I said somebody isn't tell the truth on what's going on. .

Straight forward and easy experience with them. Hired them to reroute plumbing for my kitchen sink and washer hookups for a remodel. They came out, emailed me an estimate the next week, and we schedule the service. Great quality work and they even did their best to rip out the random out-of-commission plumbing throughout my basement. I have a really old house, and there was plenty of nonsense down there.

Used them through my Home Warranty after for some reason two other companies wouldn't work with my warranty. I had a broken shower valve / pipe break They came out quickly, the repairman was professional asked if he should remove shoes. He saw the issue and said it was an easy repair which was reassuring. He was in an out in about an hour and some change, the repair involved soldering. Would use them if I did not have a home warranty or insurance pay.

My upstairs shower was leaking down to the first floor. I was dreading the potential of having to have the plumbers cut a hole in my ceiling. Duke and Bobby arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. I described the problem and they immediately said lets trying the easy fix first. They checked the thread in fixture in the shower and determined the plumber's putty had gone bad. They fixed it and tested it...problem solved. I really appreciate them looking for the easy solution first. Excellent service at a reasonable price. My third time using OneStop Plumbers and I will continue using them!

DO NOT USE ONE STOP PLUMBING!!! Honest Review. I thought that I have watched enough horror movies that I knew all of the characters, however (Jason, Freddie, Carrie, Sandman) don't have nothing on One Stop Plumbing. They arrived at one of my rental properties to investigate stopped drain. When making the appointment I asked that they bring the camera and I was assured by the female receptionist that they would. The tech shows up and there was no camera, the exhaust from the truck blowing into my opened door setting off my carbon monoxide detector, dirty shoes tracking on the new carpet….just extremely unprofessional. If I knew they didn’t have the camera I would have never agreed to let them out. They offered a quote for $1000 which was extremely VAGUE. I asked the owner Nevie Simmons to put more details in the quote and it increased. When I asked kindly for an explanation Nevie emails me back extremely rude and saying if I had accepted his initial poop estimate he would have honored.
Save yourself from the nightmare and go to someone reputable. This company does not have the right equipment, sanitary capacity, and just full of excuses.

Update after his lame 7 year old excuse- I love my home warranty and I am happy to pay $100 to diagnose. I was happy to pay $1000 for a detailed estimate on what needed to be done, however they asked me to find another plumber to make the break......JOKE. Nevie originally charged $95 for a Jack hammer fee the RAISED it to $285. Then he charged for 3 Labor hours at $160/hr and he RAISED it to 5 Hours $800. Here is where it gets even better....Wait for it....Wait for it...He charged $425 for sewer camera locator and didn't have the right size. So apparently he has a 3 camera and we have 1.5 pipes......What a JOKE.......So if you are following me Nevie wanted 5/30/18 ($480 labor + $425 Camera fee + $95 Jack hammer= $1000) I ASKED FOR A DETAILED QUOTE- NEVIE RESPONDED THEY DONT HAVE RIGHT SIZE CAMERA AND RAISED PRICE ON 6/11/18 TO ($235 Jack hammer rental fee + $800 Labor and Helper = $1085).......What a JOKE save your time and don't call One Stop because they will stop your cash flow.

The gents that came to fix the plumbing under my sink were courteous, knowledgeable and fast. I would highly recommend this company. They got to me the very next day. They were hired by my home warranty company bit I would use them again for any plumbing needs!!

Fantastic service! Arrived on time and performed speedy work. Took half the time to perform the work than originally estimated since and the price reflected that. I had attempted to replace my wax ring after a failure and realized the toilet flange was broken. Since the toilet flange is embedded in concrete knew it was beyond my scope to replace. Plumber walked me through exactly what he was gonna do and gave me tips and shared knowledge to guide me through if I attempted to do install wax rings myself in the future. A true 5 star experience.

I now have a new plumber!!! Yaaay!!! One Stop Plumbing was very knowledgeable. There was no time wasted in accessing the problem quickly and taking care of it.
