Kelvin is officially a miracle worker. We had other plumbers come to the home to have a gas line placed. Literally the first plumber walked in and walked out and said it could not be done. Kelvin showed up after hearing our story and was determined to find a way. He efficiently checked for alternative options to assure the fireplace could become a possibility. To make matters worst we had a dead possum under the house he needed to bypass just to install our line. And he did it all while not complaining. We now have a cozy fireplace he helped us to set up in place. Kelvin gets it done. Officially our families only plumber. Thanks so much Kelvin. We are so happy to finally have our dream fireplace and all because this plumber does not stop until he gets it done perfectly 👏🏼.

Kelvin from Plumbing Specialists was wonderful. He listened as I described the problem we were having with water damage in our first floor ceiling. Then he came in and assessed the leak, taking pictures of possible causes and places where an internal leak could be happening. Very kind, respectful, and honest father of 3 :) He was able to discover the problem by taking out a small panel of the ceiling and turning on the shower upstairs to discover the leak. He fixed the leak and made a temporary cover for the ceiling panel. He also put us in contact with a reputable contractor to fix our ceiling. Very grateful for Kelvin’s work , professionalism and care to get the job done!

My wife and I own a duplex in Portsmouth and one of our tenants had a faucet issue that was constantly leaking and required a replacement. We needed a part ordered directly from Rheem and Kelvin took care of it by contacting the company and expedited the shipping! The part took 2 days to come in and Kelvin came to repair our water heater that same day! We are so relieved to have a repair man like Kelvin! I was referred to Mr.Rashad by a Facebook friend because I have a clog in my drain. So I immediately contacted him to see if I could get an appointment and he responded in timely manner. Upon his arrival he took a look at my issue and realized what the problem was. After talking for a few I told him I did have a home warranty but I knew they couldn't get out that day so that's why I contacted him. Instead of him just taking my money and running he told me exactly what was best and to go with my home warranty because it would save me a lot of money. When he said that I knew then he was a honest man and him and his business will go far in life. Even though I never received a service I'll definitely be referring him to anyone I know looking for plumbing services because I know they won't be taken advantage of.
