Premier Plumbing

Justin and Drew came out to repair a cracked sewer drain line. The work was performed under warranty (new house). They quickly diagnosed the issue, went to purchase needed parts, and then made the necessary repairs. They also shared their valuable knowledge with me so I now understand how my sewer system, including the exterior sump pump, works. Very happy with their prompt service and professionalism.

For an update to my Aug 2020 review, the repair to my sump pump did not last, It recently started leaking again (Aug 2021). I called for additional warranty work and they advised me the warranty had expired, and I would have to pay for any additional repair work to my sump pump. Premier Plumbing initially installed the sump pump in my new home in 2020, it's been problematic ever since (two leaks within an 18-month period), and they won't stand behind their work. I'll find a company a local Williamsburg company that I can trust and will stand behind their work. I do not recommend Premier Plumbing.

We had Stephen P as our plumber on our worst day. He came and supported the fire dept in trying to find the main cut off for water. We had a broken pipe in condo which poured gallons of water into house. Finally we found the cut off valve. Stephen supported us the whole time. After Servpro stated to do their tasks, Stephen came back and fixed the pipes under sink plus installed faucets. Stephen demonstrated professionalism and understanding the stress we were going through. I called other plumbing companies telling about situation and their reply was “sorry can’t help or 2 hour wait”. Thank you Stephen and to Premier Plumbing.

Steve was great! I asked Premier to help with some plumbing issues identified on the inspection for the sale of my home. The inspector told me there were no drains piped from the hot water heater and the attic HVAC unit as required. Steve found the existing drains and saved me time and money! They could have taken advantage but they did not. I also used Premier over the summer with a leak repair under the house, and they were prompt, professional, and very reasonably priced. THANKS

Had a plumbing issue with kitchen sink and laundry room slow drain. Called and was told would be between $200-$275 depending on if they need to access pipes from a drain opening or a connected pipe. They never took of shoes and tracked mud through the house. Made the water overflow in the laundry room. Left the mess. They did clean the pipes to resolve the issue with slow drains but charged 100$ more then told would cost. Will never use them again and I don’t recommend them to anyone. Would gladly pay 375$ if quoted that and they didn’t overflow the pipes and track dirt through the house and leave a mess. Not cool.

If you own a tankless water heater and think you are having a problem with it be sure to call a company that services tankless water heaters and does plumbing. It seems the two would go together but they do not. I had a problem that I thought might be my tankless water heater but could not find a plumber/tankless water heater tech. Rianni referred me to Priemer Plumbing and they sent Justin out to look at my problem. He knew immediately what the problem was and got it fixed. It was not the water heater. Thank you, Justin.

Great experience! Prompt and professional. I've used Premier Plumbing several times and always have great communication and follow-up. There was an issue at one of my rental properties after an initial plumbing repair - they responded immediately, coordinated with my tenant and fixed the issue. Things happen and this company stands by their work. I am happy to recommend them, and will call on them again the future.

Initially, I was disappointed in the price not the service. The initial fee is $49 to come out which is deducted from service. After checking my shower leak, it was a valve needing replaced which caused the dripping. The quote before checking it was $225 then found out the part I had from Lowes would not work so the guy went to get another part to install. The work started at 1550 ( 3:50 pm) and ended about 1715 ( 5:15 pm) . Most of the time spent was difficulty getting the shower piece off then leaving to go and get the part. Putting the part on took every bit of 15 minutes. I am not sure how much the valve cost but it ended up being an additional $160 totaling cost of service $385. Wow, is all i can say! I'm an honest person and have no problems paying for service but I think this was extreme. This is an added comment just today….because the company did reimburse the additional $160! For that I would do business again because nothing was wrong with the service. Thank you!

First time using Premier and it was very good. The woman who answered the my call through the techs who took call of our issue. Will be using them from now on. Their pricing was great and the techs really made sure we understood what they found and how it was being corrected.

Horrible drivers... I will never hire Premier Plumbing, as I just had a near death experience involving one of their trucks. He was being an aggressive driver and nearly ran me off the road.

We have used Premier a few times. Each time Justin showed up on time, was very professional and we felt he was very honest with what the problems were. He had them fixed at a fair price. I would definitely recommend Premier plumbing for your plumbing needs.

The employees starting from the office management to their workmen are very
professional, friendly and make their customers feel important. None of the usual “ we’ll be there between 8 and 5”!!. Their after hours service is efficient and helpful. Stephen is the best and even replaced the toilet seat to my satisfaction.

Thanks Premier Plumbing for sending Jared out to my emergency last night and today. My water heater failed in the poolhouse and the ceiling collapsed 😫! But along came Jared to the rescue, he was AMAZING 👏! He was very professional, kind and completed the job as requested. We couldn’t find a plumber on Christmas Day to fix an outdoor spigot. We feel very lucky to have found Stephen. He came out at 10:00 PM and put on a new spigot in no time. He was prompt and courteous. I do believe we’ve found our new plumber!

Belinda was very helpful on the phone and was able to get us in quickly right before Thanksgiving when our only bathroom was clogged. The technician who came out was early, kind, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and explained the whole process. Outstanding service.

Stephen did a great job fixing a couple small gas leaks we had. They weren’t available over the weekend but he showed up at 9AM ready to help. He even found an issue with our gas water heater we weren’t aware of. A bit pricey for an hour’s work (reflected in the four stars instead of 5) but definitely appreciated the quality service they provided.

In the process of selling our house, a home inspection was conducted.
We asked for verification that our Rinnai tankless water heater was installed properly, as questioned on the home inspection, which we provided to Premier. The initial report, costing $180, said the Rinnai was installed properly & we spent at least 2 weeks going back & forth with the buyer who insisted we correct the issue. Then premier issued a 2nd inspection report stating that the Rinnai was NOT properly installed. This was very frustrating for all concerned, causing us unnecessary stress and a delayed closing on the sale of our house. Therefore we feel we should be reimbursed the inspection fee of $180.

The rep was pleasant and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and concerns.

Please avoid dealing with this plumbing company at all cost, they are contracted by Pproperty management Associates (PMA) to deal with plumbing isssues at our Condominium and Premier Plumbing is dishonest, fraudulent and staffed with rude and unprofessional people who will do anything to extort money from customers. They will sabotage your plumbings while working for you so that new issues will come up just so that they could be called to fix and make more money. They will also show up late, take breaks in between the work so that their work will continue late pass the normal hours so that they could charge you after hours work. This is fraud and unethical, I am filing complaints with the BBB, and other state and federal agencies.

Excellent experience from booking to completion of project. Scheduling was easy. Stephen arrived on time and did an excellent job installing three toilets. He also cleaned up - except for the new toilets it was like he was never here. Highly recommend.

The level of customer service I experienced from Premier Plumbing was extraordinary. They were called in by the manufacturer to solve a water heater problem caused by a different plumber. They came to my home several times to find the problem, fix the problem and be sure that it was fixed right. They had great follow through. Not only was the plumbing service excellent, but their home office staff is professional, helpful and friendly. I recommend them highly.

Great Service. They came out on an emergency call (burst pipe) around 1am, then started work the next day. They worked around my schedule and the other companies (restoration and drywall) to get the pipe repaired and installed a new water heater. The work was completed by the end of the week. The techs were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Thank you!

Woke up Sunday morning to a wet carpet caused by my water heater leaking overnight (do they break at any other time??). Called Premier and they sent someone out quickly. Ended up needing a new installation which was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Customer service and technician were very friendly. Ask for Jared!!

This company is horrible and takes advantage of the elderly. The office manager Krissy Wilkinson is very nasty, unprofessional and has poor customer service.

They came out on short notice, quickly found the problem (hairline crack in cpvc elbow), immediately fixed the problem with parts from the van, then they took some extra steps to confirm there was no wider problem, and offered some recommendations how to clear up some of the impact.

The gentlemen that came out were very friendly and personable.

Horrible experience. The technician that came out was rude and wasn't helpful at all. Was suppose to fix a part that was under warranty and instead looked at the hot water heater and charged a 149.00 fee without doing anythjng. I was honestly a bit hesitant to even let him in, very unprofessional in what he was wearing and the way he conducted himself. I should have went with my gut. I ended up not buying a part and he became very rude. I will never ever recommend this company. With so many better options out there please look around. The technician name was Rich

Stephen was very professional and on time. I had them remove a gas range and replace it with another one. everything was done in a timely manner and price reasonably.

Wow! They’re fantastic. On all 4 occasions (rescue), they've been professional, prompt, courteous, SKILLED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. Saved me time and money on water line and gas line relocations, drain backups, and toilet problems. Their service manager even gave me helpful advice on an upcoming dishwasher install which scored points with my wife! I had Mr. STEPHEN, he came out earlier than expected and was met with a mess that my kids left. Not only did he fix the bathroom but he cleaned it better than what he found it. During the maintenance 17 rolls of toilet paper were destroyed and in the midst of yet again another to shortage he went out of his way to replace every single one. Very Respectful customer service and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL. Ask for Stephen.

Bad customer service. Came to do an estimate on work which is 50 dollars and were there for 15 min didn't check my pipe like I asked and charged me 170. The only thing they had to say to me on the phone was I didn't know how to run a business. Awful customer service, said they would call me back after talking to the tech and they never called. Where is a good plumbing service in this state??

I have used them on numerous jobs and they have never failed to provide great service. Shane is our go to guy whenever he is available. Great company + a great tech = AWESOME!

We had a toilet that would not stop running, technician Justin came to our home to do address the issue. Safety measure and PPE were worn through his entire service call. He was polite and repaired our toilet in a timely manner. We found the cost to be reasonable for the service provided. We have since recommended premier plumbing to family and neighbors.

The absolute worse!!! The technicians are rude and unprofessional. They serviced my condo community and were shouting obscenities and threatening to leave the residents without water because we asked questions. They promised our main line water leak would be repaired in a day and 5 days later it is not repaired. I wouldn't hire or trust them to repair anything!!!! These positive ratings must be posted by their family members and friends because there is absolutely nothing positive about this company by any means!!! They deserve zero stars!!!

After my water heater stopped working one morning, I called Premier Plumbing because I remembered using them in the past. The technicians showed up looked at the hot water heater for a few minutes and said I needed a new one. I said ok and prepared for the worst. The technician went out to his truck to draw up a quote. My best guess estimate, after looking at pricing was around $1,100 or so. The technician returned with a quote of $2,250. I respectfully declined and ended up paying $180 for them to simply look at it and give a quote. I proceeded to Lowe’s and found a suitable hot water heater with similar specifications and talked to the Lowe’s installation team and received a unit/installation quote for $1,278 before discount. After discount $1,237. $1,237 compared to $2,250 for essentially the same thing is easy for even a dummy like me to decide. Don’t even call them. Check with Lowe’s or Home Depot first and you will save yourself $180.

Premier plumbing is a one stop shop. Other companies I’ve dealt with always require rework, over diagnose problems because lack of knowledge, and are ridiculously priced. That is far from the amazing experience I’ve had with company. Justin has done all the work at my house and everything looks and functions flawlessly! Thank you!

Great experience. LOVE to give five-stars - but the price?!
An old natural gas galvanized pipe running under the patio deck that feeds my gas grill finally rusted out. The tech quickly found and repaired with all new copper flex tubbing to a very high standard. In a few short hours and $1,400 later, problem fixed.
Premier Plumbing IS a solid premium company. The support staff and field techs are responsive and professional. Had another plumbing company, ALI-COR plumbing, out months earlier. Their tech told me the odor was propane, suggesting a possible tank leak from a nearby neighbor. Anyway, prices for competent home repair companies is just crazy post-COVID. Brace yourself!

the seat in the hot water valve in the shower wore out. I called Premier Plumbing and Belinda had a technician to the house in 45 minutes. Stephen had it fixed in less than an hour. Both Belinda and Stephen were personable and professional. Since doing the renovation on our house to now Premier Plumbing is our go to for Plumbing issues.

Premier Plumbing is awesome ! I live in an apartment and management called them because my water heater had flooded most of the apartment. They came exactly when the property manager said they would be here. Drew was the tech that came. He was awesome ! He was kind, caring, and when the water extraction company came he took control of the situation and had them remove the water in certain areas first. I'm a senior citizen and he helped me out so much with this process. He removed my washer and dryer with care and even put them on cardboard since he had to put them on my carpet and he hooked up the new water heater with little or no mess. If he is representative off the company, well it is an awesome company and I would highly recommend them.

I needed a gas regulator replacement on my meter and this company gave me one quote for $900 the first time then came back a day later and gave me a quote for $1700! I asked them if they could explain the charges or send me an itemization of what was being performed. I knew the part on the high end was about $200, but the labor alone was $1100! This job is quick as I removed the previous one in under 45 mins. I asked why so expensive and the receptionist said it is what it is. I reported this company to the BBB and went with a local competitor who charged me under $800 for thebwhole job. This company is not good and with their attitude and unprofessionalism when I asked questions about the quote was offputting. I would not recommend them to anyone and if I could give 0 stars I would.

Premier responded to my call quickly. Shane and his assistant worked diligently to find the underground cast iron pipe that had crumbled with age. The repair was made and a next day follow up call was performed by Shane to ensure all was well. I would and will recommend Premier Plumbing Services to anyone looking for quality plumbing work.

Tech was nice professional but 300 dollars for 2 novels and him being gone 1 and a half hours. No discount for veterans.

I have not actually used this business for any plumbing services but, if the two employees driving one of their vans today on Holland Rd. in VA Beach (that almost rear ended me and then drove by laughing) are any indication of the quality of service they provide, I will never do so.

I called this company because my grandfather had a plumbing issue which was considered an emergency due to him not being able to use either toilet. Nicole was very polite but the technician that call wasted my time. For one I never asked a price I just know my grandfather needed his toilet fixed ASAP he goes to tell me what needed to be done and how I could do it. If I wanted to know how to do it and if I could do it. I would’ve NEVER called for their services.
