We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

Guy was fast, efficient, and courteous...came out within the hour of calling and did a very nice job. I will definitely use them in the future for any septic needs. Very highly recommend!

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

Michael's and Son did a great job. On time very professional. Always cleaned up every day. Lukas is a outstanding Tech keeps you well informed.

The company was quick to contact me to apologize, which I really appreciated. I, in no way, am trying to get anyone in trouble, it's just that hygiene is all the more in our minds in this pandemic.

ORIGINAL:They had good availability, which was nice, and the technician was cordial, prompt and did a good job. However, when he began to unclog our toilet, he didn't use any latex gloves, was reaching into the toilet barehanded with toilet bowl water splashing all over our floors. After the toilet was repaired, he never washed his hands until I asked him, explaining we have small children in the house. Additionally, he never cleaned up the water on the floor. So I had to Lysol everything he had touched to include the floor. He fixed the problem in a timely manner, but I'm not sure if these are normal hygiene practices for this company, I'd like to think not.

Bottom Line: highly recommend! I used Angi to find A1 Sewer & Drain and they were timely and responsive to my inquiry. They were courteous, communicative, punctual, and efficient! Drew, the technician, was personable, communicative, courteous, and super efficient. Swapped out my garbage disposal in under 30 minutes. He cleaned up after himself and quickly talked through the extra talking points. Drew is a valuable asset to the A1 Sewer & Drain team!

I contacted Standard Plumbing to take care of several plumbing issues we had at our home. They were quick to get to us and showed up on time, very professional and went above and beyond to take care of all of our concerns. I was very pleased with the quality of their work and would recommend them to anyone for their plumbing needs.

Our AC wasn't blowing cold air and I noticed there was a leak. We had an hvac guy ( different company) come out yesterday and all he did was check the freone level and replace it. He never came inside to check our inside unit. I noticied the freone leaking out this afternoon and my house not cooling down again. We called RS Andrews and Valencia notified us of where it was coming from and checked the inside unit as well. She scheduled us for a tech to come and look at the unit, gives ingor about our potential warranty (new unit) and to get the the leak fixed permanently. She gave us advice and suggested that we l enroll their elite plan. In other words, Valencia came quickly and thoroughly figured out the problem and the solution. She didn't rush the job and we really appreciate her work ethic, advice and honesty!

After 3 days without hot water and several miscommunications with the warranty company, we called Roto Rooter. 3 hours later our tech Zack arrived and handled dealing with the warranty company smoothly and the install of our new unit began.

The service tech, Kevin was very efficient, honest and practical. This is my second time using Mr. Rooter, and I have been pleased both times.

Paul replaced my tankless water heater for a fraction of what I was Quoted with A1!! They told me to downgrade and that didn’t sit well with me so I called around and found Lanthorn I couldn’t be happier they got my new Tankless unit quick and installed it no more than a hour it was amazing haven’t had any issues since and Dawn was amazing keeping in contact with me throughout the entire process and always making sure I had an accurate ETA thanks again you guys rock!

They charge $125-150 an hour which is high but they are brutality efficient, dont waste time and are very professional.
You get what you pay for.
I would definitely use them again if in need.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting with Mr. Brad the sale rep for Russell’s Heating and Cooling company looking to purchase a new system for my home because my air conditioning unit was not working and the existing company that originally installed my current unit refused to honor my extended 10 year warranty that I purchased.I explained to Mr. Brad and that I would be taking the company to court and that I needed a estimate to provide my attorney, and eventually purchases a new system, surprisingly Mr Brad did not get discouraged or disinterested regarding my situation as many other companies I called did. Mr Brad was not concerned if I would be purchasing a new system from his company, instead he was very concerned with my situation and the predicament I was in.Mr. Brad provided me with the estimate as I requested as if I was going to purchase a new system, he gave me his expert opinion on what type of system to chose and other thing I should do to better help my current unit. Mr brad was surprised when I told him the name of the company who installed my existing system he had nothing but good thing to say about them and did not understand why they were not honoring my extended warranty as I was. Mr brad gave me peace of mind knowing I could count on his company to do the right thing and provided me great service and a company with integrity. My experience with Russell’s was very limited but it made a big impression on me, not only would I use Russell’s for a current or future system but would recommend them to my friends and family.

Called and left a message no return call. Called again the next day, still no return call on an emergency that needed fixed. Business couldn't give the courtesy to place a call back even if they were to busy, a call back would've been great. I'd go elsewhere
