After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Got to the bottom of issue with my water heater. Even called the water heater company (rheem). Not sure if I’m gonna choosesthem to replace the water heater, I’m going to compare prices. I was quoted $1600 to install warranty replacement and $2600 for install with theirs. The ladies that showed up were great!!! Will use in the future

Overly expensive will not use just need simple hook up had ruff in inspection passed wanted to replace what I have done and charge $4190.00 crazy

Our water heater stopped working, after trying the obvious things, I called a1, they came out the next day and we're getting it replaced the day after. Fantastic service! Todd was a pleasure to work with and very professional. 10/10 couldn't be happier.

After reading the other review I had to add my experience with Wright Way Plumbing. My husband and I have had John and his company do several jobs for us and have had a great overall experience in customer service, consultation, actual job getting accomplished in a clean and timely manner. Prices are compariable to other companies but the customer service we received from Wright Way far exceeded others that we called. Called about hiring and they were polite and helpful.

The technicians are thorough and professional. The company calls regularly to make an appointment. The only complaint I had was after purchasing a maintenance contract, there was no record of it. Then suddenly we were under a contract again. I was going to purchase a contract from another company. Everything seems okay now, but that was too much confusion and stress. Otherwise, it would be a five star review.

I don’t recommend Lanthorn Plumbing. My husband called this morning, they said someone would be out between 1 and 5pm and they never showed. They even texted him with a confirmation. Like I understand if something came up and you are unable to make an appointment, but at least call and let the people waiting know 🙄. My husband tried to call them after they never showed and there was no answer 😒. He finally got a text back an hour after the appointment time. A wasted day without any hot water, when we could of called another company if we knew Lanthorn couldn’t make it.

We had a significant drain issue and he responded promptly, was very professional, completed the troubleshooting and the repair in a timely manner, and then charged a very reasonable price.
