My service technician was great.

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

The owner is super knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the process of servicing my septic tank. Would highly recommend!

The team at FSI is top notch. Every step of the way was amazing. We had them replace a 20 year old heat pump and ductwork. Not only were their prices fair, the quality of work and customer service has been incredible. David went above and beyond when helping us with our needs.
On the day of the install we had David, Dale, and Brian on site. They were efficient, respectful, and hard working.
Following the installation, David has been responsive to follow up questions and event came out to check on the system as a courtesy follow-up.

The issues I'm have due to fire 7/14/2021 this company has been on point with getting my issues taken care of. Having to go behind an contractor I feel never had me as customer best interest in his heart and put my family life in danger with the inappropriate work they've done to my house. The response of Michael and Sons is awesome how they keep you informed as to time frame, pictures, findings ect they have gained a customer for life

We recieved great service from Zach M. on Saturday, May 22, 2021. The city came out the day before and checking the meter and found a leak in the pipe on our side. We were originally going to use a different company, but since they couldn't come out till the beginning of June we decided to call A1 (A1 had completed a job at my mom's home and she recommended them to us). We were scheduled between 8-11 (I think) and Zach arrived a bit earlier than stated, which I totally fine! Granted the leak was a small issue to fix, but he was able to complete the job quickly and professionally. I would totally recommend using A1 plumbers for any issue you have!

Had outside sewer backup between house and street. Online Angi's list gave me choices. I took first one to respond. Aron was on site within an hour, analyzed the problem, quoted several options, we agreed on a price and solution. He was professional and pleasant to deal with. Quality job done within an hour of quote. I would recommend him for this type of work.

Lanthorn Plumbing took on the job of completely replumbing our 100 year old commercial building! They did a fantastic job and have remained very responsive and go above and beyond when we have run into clogs/etc. and needed ongoing help! They've responded immediately on several occassions in order to keep our business operative during plumbing issues! We would HIGHLY recommend!

Worst plumbers ever. They left without fixing anything and refused to look for the leak where I told them it was. Two days later the leaking water started creating bubbles from inside the wall
