After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Was not happy with my bill being double of the amount of what I was quoted. Quoted 1,000 gals of sewage and less then one hour. Not a word about multiple tanks! $398.00. I live on 3 acres and I have 1 500 gal tank and 2 smaller 100 gal tanks. So less sewage and took then less then one hour. And My husband had all three tanks dug out. They said they billed me double because that’s the way they billed me last time. Wow I feel like they have always over billed me☹️.

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

Ash was a great technician. He was very friendly and informative when completing his inspections. He shared his findings of our units in a way that was easy to understand.

I can't say enough good things about A1 Sewer & Drain. From the initial call to the finished work their staff was professional and friendly. This is the ONLY plumbing service that I contacted that was able to give me an accurate quote over the phone just like a professional auto repair shop would. Wonderful experience! Technicians, Cam and Elijah were great! The cost for a newly installed water heater was nearly half the price of one of quotes I got. Keep up the outstanding work. So, originally the install went good. I guess there was a refrigerant leak the whole time after the install and it took them sending out 3 different techs for one of them to even check for leaks. That 3rd one was definitely competent and knowledgeable. They came out a 4th time to fix what was diagnosed. I was not available as i went to a family member's funeral.. the techs were asking my roommate and brother what's wrong with the system.. why are you asking? you know what's wrong with the system based off the notes from who seems to be the ONLY competent tech there.. after weeks of no AC it's finally running and cooling the house. The only thing that's keeping me from a 1 star review is the one competent tech and that none of this is costing me due to warranty.

We are extremely pleased with the work Mr. Rooter has done for our community. We have ALOT of plumbing issues and the team at Mr. Rooter has been nothing but accommodating! Thank Jamal and Sean!! AND the lovely MS. Donae :)

Dawn was quick responsive and helpful is getting me a quote, which was much more inexpensive than the 6 other local competitors that quoted me 200-400% more. Paul and Kevin showed up and were quick, professional, and very helpful as there were issues that came up during the installation due to cracked valves from the previous unit.

Was a great experience, with a team of professionals that were both personable and knowledgeable. Would recommend them to anyone looking to replace a tankless exterior natural gas hot water heater, both for the price and the quality.

Our A/C wasn’t working and after listening to BOB FM advertising Russell’s Heating & Cooling we called and they were extremely responsive and we got the appointment today 5/11/23. It was an amazing experience. The service technician Mr. Isaiah Young was very friendly and professional and got our unit working like a Champ. He was very Honest and didn’t try to sell me any other unnecessary stuff. I’m glad I’ve called Russell’s and they will have a customer moving forward. Thank you 😊

I would recommend Tony to anyone that has plumbing needs. He was quick to respond to my plumbing crisis. He not only replaced my garbage disposal but he did an amazing job of putting in a new sink that required new pipes. The sink he replaced was glued in to our tile counter top and he removed it with zero damage to my tile. He was very polite, organized and friendly. Not to mention the cost was much less then I had anticipated. That of course made me very happy. Very professional. Tony will be the only one we call for our future plumbing needs. Great job overall.

Can I give 0 stars? Unfortunately, our warranty company assigned our work order to Drain Masters. I called the next morning and set an appointment for the following Monday. That Monday morning I called to give them our tenants' phone number so they could call when en route. I provided them with the number and they said thanks, as if all was good.
While I was on the phone I figured I would double check the appointment window. To my surprise they told me I didn't have one. So I didn't have an appointment but yet you took my tenants' phone number which would have implied that you had an appointment to which to assign that phone number?

What's worse is they told me they never got a notification from First American. That's bogus because my First American account shows the notification AND First American confirmed they sent it. Further, Drain Masters would not have scheduled an appointment if they were not first notified by First American.

BE AWARE.

John was great! He got our gas fireplace working at our new home and also educated us about it! I would definitely recommend him and use him again!
