We have been using Premier Plumbing for our oceanfront business for several years now. I like that they understand the time sensitivity of plumbing issues when it involves a business! They are completely professional and their pricing is fair. I highly recommend this company and their employees!!!

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

Guy was fast, efficient, and courteous...came out within the hour of calling and did a very nice job. I will definitely use them in the future for any septic needs. Very highly recommend!

York control board for heat/AC installation. My old control board burned out. So, I called the Fixture Specialists and got an appointment immediately. The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

My AC unit stopped working several days ago. I assumed it was the thermostat because it was completely blank and did not reset. I called Michael & Sons (The original installers of the AC unit) to make an appointment. The AC technician Mr. Wade listened to my concerns and assessed everything. After he discovered the issue he explained to me the reason the AC was inoperable. He repaired the AC unit with the correct part and ensured it was working properly. He is knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Mr. Wade. I appreciate all of your hard work.

Chandler was very professional and patient. He allowed me to explain what I knew about our stoppage. He provided valuable input and experience to assess and resolve the issue. Thorough and a job well done. This was my second plumbing issue in 4 years and I have called a1 sewer and drain each time (different issues). While not the cheapest, they are the most reliable and fix the issue the first time.

In 23 years of business, I have never responded to a negative review or met such an unreasonable person as Mora. I am making an exception now.
Responding to Adrian Mora, he is a very sad and dishonest person. This is not the result of Wright-Way Plumbing. He has never been our customer, nor has he ever paid us, or hired us to do work at his home. We performed work for the prior homeowner, who is a long standing customer of ours, for over 10 years. He hired us to fix the jetted tub, we did, and he paid us. Mora, agreed and signed off before moving into the house, that all repairs were completed and everything working. He lived in the house for some time and decided to call us to fix an electrical issue with his tub, and wanted it done free. He was told we are not responsible for the electrical problem, his realtor told him the same thing and he threatened to write bad reviews and contact BBB. He also decided that several other issues needed to be fixed that were not our responsibility. After being patient with him and explaining over and over again, we were not responsible for the electrical work, he seemed unable to understand this and kept adding additional work he wanted for free, so I told him he was like a monkey with his hand in the cookie jar, who could not pull it out.
Mora also made unreasonable demands, and threatened to sue his realtor and others involved in the sale of his home, prior to the closing of the sale, so we were advised by the other parties involved, not to do work for him for any amount of money. I recommend no one do work for him, due to his apparant mental imbalance and assumption that he should not pay for services.
Mora is a local Doctor in Norfolk and considers himself above others. His review on Wright-Way Plumbing is not to be trusted

Tidewater heating and Plumbing did a great job, they responded and corrected the problem. They have done work for me before including installing central air. I think they are the best!

At the time of the incident Jeremy was unaware that I was planning a funeral and his professional allowed me to focus on that and not the drain. These guys did a great job! Got me the system I wanted after all the research I did and even made sure my duct system was correct for the system I wanted. They were even quick to get someone out on a weekend to fix an issue that can up to make sure everything was good a few days later. I will be calling them back for my yearly maintenance and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new system. My energy bills are already dropping. Thanks guys!!

Scott P and Mike G did fantastic work. I needed to have a cleanout installed along with removing a drain blockage. They installed the new cleanout in an easy to access location, removed the blockage and left everything in immaculate condition. I am very pleased with the results.

Had Tony & Son replace our water heater a few years back and did an excellent job. We were very happy with the customer service that Tony provides as you aren't dealing with a call center and being put on hold etc- you are getting Tony directly and he knows what he's doing.
His level of work is second to none which is why we called again when we had another issue arrive! His estimate was significantly lower than other master plumbers and I already knew I wouldn't have to worry, that it would be fixed right the first time!

Water heater required replacement. The service technician, Ryan, was on time and professional. He took the time to explain why certain items besides the hot water tank (new gas lines, new ball valves, expansion tank) were necessary because of City Code. He also demonstrated how to relight the pilot valve and drain the tank when necessary for annual cleaning. Very happy with the work!

John was great! He got our gas fireplace working at our new home and also educated us about it! I would definitely recommend him and use him again!
