Kelvin was the one plumber who made time out his busy schedule to provide a great service. My wife and I own a duplex in Portsmouth and one of our tenants had a faucet issue that was constantly leaking and required a replacement. Kelvin was professional throughout the whole process and provided updates on his progress with the kitchen faucet. I highly recommend Kelvin as your plumbing specialist!

They practiced great safety during these difficult times of disease and provided expert help, even decreasing the price once they discovered the true nature of our plumbing problem. They were beautiful human beings who showed much respect for us and our space. I would recommend them to anyone!

He explained the difference between anti- siphon and regular faucets, and the advantages to one over the other. He did a great job and reviewed the work afterwards. Very professional and courteous. We had a RS Andrews technician come out and we were told that the airblower on our air conditioner had mold in it and needed cleaning. The tech wanted $1800.00 and ask if we wanted to finance. So my husband said we just got it serviced last year how could that be. He talked to a friend who knew someone who serviced air conditioners and found out that it was the circuit breaker wires that needed coating on it because it was aluminum. We paid $200.00!

Technician Jacob was extremely professional, polite, and knowledge. He quickly accessed our issue and provided a solution that was able to resolve the problem. Highly recommended!

Mr. Richardson is a very honest and a knowledgeable person. I had a knocking noise every time I turned on the shower. I tried to read about it and explained the problem. He looked at all the faucets, shower and toilet. He told me that it was likely because my water was very hot and the water heater temperature needed to be adjusted.
