Steve was great! I asked Premier to help with some plumbing issues identified on the inspection for the sale of my home. The inspector told me there were no drains piped from the hot water heater and the attic HVAC unit as required. Steve found the existing drains and saved me time and money! They could have taken advantage but they did not. I also used Premier over the summer with a leak repair under the house, and they were prompt, professional, and very reasonably priced. THANKS

Called ahead and made appointment. They were on time and called to let me know when they would arrive. I had an issue with drain line from tank to distribution box. They pumped tank, replaced line and serviced drain field line. Bruce and his crew was fantastic. It wasn't a easy job but they performed it quickly and professionally. I've used them before and will again if needed. Highly recommended.

This was my first time using All Day Plumbing and I could not have been more pleased. They worked me into their schedule on the same day as my calll and was even able to arrive sooner than expected. Ronald arrived, listened to my woes and got straight to work. Almost 6 hours later, all the problems were corrected and Ronald was just as professional and pleasant as he was when he arrived. Our Ac has been giving us trouble for a good while. And we couldn’t take it anymore. We had repair person after, repair person at our house. They kept telling us everything was fine and in shape. It wasn’t fine. Finally we called McCoy Plumbling. He was the only one that went upstairs in the attic and found the problem. He told us we had a pipe that was backed up. That’s was why our unit kept turning off and on. He drained it and suddenly within an hour our house started to feel cool like normal. I’m keeping this company on my speed dial. Thank you again!

Really impressed with the service and care from the team at Mr. Rooter. We had a problem with a toilet and had initially called the company who installed the plumbing in our home. They weren't available so Mr. Rooter came to the rescue. Sam arrived and got to work on the issue. It didn't take him long to locate the cause and restore our system to its proper operation. As a general contractor looking to expand into Suffolk VA, finding a plumbing contractor that serviced the area, did new construction projects, and was very knowledgeable, accommodating with scheduled appointments and easy to talk to as well as able to effectively communicate with myself and the client, was very vital to the process. Mr. Lanthorn himself was ready with anything I could throw at him either on site or in email. I couldn't ask for anything else for my business and our clients.

HVAC repair is one of those tricky things that most novice home owners don’t want to mess with. That being said there’s a lot of room to be taken advantage of if your not a savvy consumer. Russels recommended a fairly costly repair that didn’t seem necessary and wasn’t able to be confirmed. They quoted a price that was VERY HIGH for what they were proposing to replace and refused to give a break down of part and labor cost because that wasn’t their “policy”. It was an obvious red flag in our minds and we immediately contacted another HVAC company to perform their own diagnostic assessment. The other companies technician had our unit up and running 5 minutes after walking through the door with a simple system reset. Whether it was simple ignorance or deliberate deception, make sure you do your due diligence before booking this company to work in your home!**UPDATE TO RUSSELL’S**When you change your policy on listing price breakdown in your invoices, and explaining the reasons why your choosing a particular courseOf action, that might be possible but notProbable.FYI- an invoice is an ITEMIZED bill for goods sold and services provided. If all you plan on providing your customers is a number you make up with zero explanation or basis in fact, you should change what you call your pricing andBill. I think “Guestimate” has a nice ring! You can use it with my compliments!
