Best Drain Problem in Chesapeake VA

Premier Plumbing is awesome ! I live in an apartment and management called them because my water heater had flooded most of the apartment. They came exactly when the property manager said they would be here. Drew was the tech that came. He was awesome ! He was kind, caring, and when the water extraction company came he took control of the situation and had them remove the water in certain areas first. I'm a senior citizen and he helped me out so much with this process. He removed my washer and dryer with care and even put them on cardboard since he had to put them on my carpet and he hooked up the new water heater with little or no mess. If he is representative off the company, well it is an awesome company and I would highly recommend them.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Randon was excellent and gave great advice. I'll be sure to call all day Plumbing next time I need services.

My gas hot water tank leaked all over my garage and I called A1 Sewer and Drain to come and replace it. Amazing service!!! They had a plumber at my house within an hour and a half. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and very neat.The water heater was replaced and the mess, including all the water in my garage. It's not often that I write reviews but in this instance I felt it necessary. The price was fair, the company representative was very polite and explained everything about the job and completed it in a very timely manor. GREAT JOB!I'll definitely recommend A1 Sewer and Drain to all of my friends and family.

I re-tract the review I posted the other day. IDK how you people sleep at night knowing that you have or tried to rip someone off !! RS Andrews wanted to charge me $1200 just to tell us where the leak was coming from because our house AC unit had no coolant. After calling around I found other companies did not charge any where near as much. Like nearly $1000 difference :( also said I was better off replacing the unit with what they were going to charge for repairs. The company Temperature Satisfied came out and found the problem only charged $225 to find the leak and it would only cost me half of what RS Andrews was going to charge. Why do people / companies have to be so greedy they don't care who they hurt in the process !!

Dawn was quick responsive and helpful is getting me a quote, which was much more inexpensive than the 6 other local competitors that quoted me 200-400% more. Paul and Kevin showed up and were quick, professional, and very helpful as there were issues that came up during the installation due to cracked valves from the previous unit.

Was a great experience, with a team of professionals that were both personable and knowledgeable. Would recommend them to anyone looking to replace a tankless exterior natural gas hot water heater, both for the price and the quality.

Anyone looking for a plumber, you can stop now...Jimmy is hands down the best! We first called him for an emergency burst pipe about a year ago and he came ASAP, worked quickly and efficiently and he really knows his stuff! He's even patient enough to explain what he's doing and how things work and answer all of my questions. And he works on things like it's his own house. He keeps things neat and comes equipped...he doesn't have to leave every 10 minutes to go to the hardware store. Since then he's installed a new toilet and a new awesome tankless water heater and even on a Sunday so we didn't have to go without! And it was actually going to be his personal water heater, but he let us have it so we didn't have to wait. He really is the best! Jimmy's got integrity and work ethic and you are completely confident the job is being done in the best way by the best person.

Carlos and Duke were great! Efficient, timely and technically sound. They not only repaired the leak but diagnosed another issue with the hvac unit.

Also, Esther called to setup the appt was wonderful as well! We initiated our New Home warranty and the 1st company couldn't get to us until next Monday!? Esther kept me informed with several calls and within 3 hours after filing another claim your team was on-site!

Had a leak coming from the downstairs bathroom toilet and they tried to charge 865 to snake, remove the toilet and put it back. They also charge $95 just for coming out. Great way to make a quick $95 but pricing yourself out of jobs you don’t want! Had someone come out the next day…. they did the same work for $200! At least their receptionist was friendly.

Very fair prices, they were very reponsivie. Plumber was nice and friendly and explained what he was doing. He was quick and efficient. Prices very good, they dont charge overtime on a weekend. Just a flat rate. I will most definately use them again !

Ok charges for equipment tools used for a job. Separate $150 for a snake for my friend. This is not standard not cool
