9 days earlier my HSA Warranty company had them contact me to make an appt. for a leaking hot water heater. The earliest appt. they could give me was 9 days later between 1 & 4. That day came and they never showed up, never called to reschedule. Will not recommend.
They were a little late getting here but made up for it by fixing my drain problem quickly and although the price was good so was the work. I will call them for my plumbing.problems

They all ways have what I need
They are not great at communicating. One week we made an appointment and the man I spoke with never put our appointment on the schedule so they double booked and did not come to us so we made an appointment for the next week and I had to call 10 minutes after the latest they were suppose to show just to be informed they had an emergency call that morning and would still be a while. no one let me know there was a change.
Update: yes the very first appointment I canceled, but the 2nd one wasn't even put in apparently and the third one was delayed over the emergency situation. I understand that needed to be handled but they still need to let their scheduled appointments know they will not be on time. Other people have lives and jobs and things to do as well, can't just wait around for hours.

Very professional and easy service. The two man team arrived ahead of schedule. They assessed the problem, quoted me the price, and went straight to work. The water heather needed to be replaced. Their preparation was top notch and they cleaned up when they were doneā¦you couldnāt tell they were here if I didnāt tell you. My appointment time was 1 to 4, they called at 11:20am, letting me know they would arrive early, and was finished by 2:30pm. I clicked, āsaveā in my contacts for go to contractors ;-)

Today a plumber from this company came to my house to put in a new turn on valve for the toilet. It was a tight squeeze for him he was a big guy. He broke the bolt holding the commode by laying on it and they said I had to pay to have it fixed. He broke it and when you flush water would come from the bottom.
Great experience with this company. They were quick to arrive and did a great job. If I have any other issues I definitely will be calling them again. Very respectful and easy to schedule an appointment.

Have utilized for plumbing repairs at multiple homes over past 40 yrs. Stopped in for parts always helpful, prompt, responsive and professional. Very reasonable prices on all repairs. Don't waste your time with any other plumbing firm. A family run business that knows how to treat and the value of customers! Recently utilized for long list of repairs at a For Sale house, accomplished all repairs including a very old furnace under a short time span. Couldn't be more pleased...

They did not have our correct phone number (no attention to detail) and did not bother to ask for the correct one although they had our address correct. They did not introduce themselves (unprofessional) and said there was no gas leak (they checked for a leak WITHOUT pressurizing the system beforehand). We had to tell them REPEATEDLY there was a leak. Once they did it properly, a large crack on a 5ft pipe was revealed. One worker also came into the house to check the fireplace and managed to dirty up the rug with his muddy shoes (thoughtless). The only positive was that they came the day after we called and (eventually) diagnosed and fixed the problem within a few hours.

Professional and funny phone receptionist made me laugh and not worry about my leak issue. Very polite and respectful technicians who actually explain what the issue your having and ways to possibly prevent it from occurring. They arrived within the time stated and came prepared to answer all of my 1000 questions and concerns. I thought my guest bath tube was causing the issue but once the guys took measurements, investigated inside and outside of my home they told me the issue was in fact my master bedroom toilet š¤¦š½āāļø. I will definitely be using these guys for any plumbing and heating issues I have with any one of my properties.

Excellent - on time and reasonable prices!
Very helpful guys and you can't beat the prices. If you have a plumbing problem they have the product and the solution on how to install those product's. They are much more helpful than any Lowe's or Home Depot š.
I have been there to go hard to find d parts on several occasions and they always had what I needed. They're knowledgeable and friendly. I will go to them first for now on.

Went to Ellsworth for a diverter valve for my kitchen sink. Duane, helped find the part for me, then gave me advice on another issue and even called me to follow up. Very professional and knowledgeable, and they will be the first place I go for any issues in the future.
I have used Ellsworth for several repairs around my house including snaking pipes, adding an access channel to the pipe, and replacing a hot water heater. The phone representative and technicians have always been professional and friendly. Prices are fair and explained upfront. They are certainly on the top of my list for future repairs.

Very postive experience from the intial call to the business to having them come out and complete the job. They arrived when they said they would, were very polite and professional. I would definately call Ellsworth for any future Plumbing needs.
I called this company when my hot water heater broke and I had gone down the list of other plumbers calling to try and get it fixed and all of them told me it would be weeks. Thank goodness, they were quick to come out and take a look at what I needed and had a hot water heater with them. Once they arrived they let me know that my hot water heater was under warranty and that I could get a replacement at no cost. They handled the warranty side and I had a new hot water heater a few days later. The minute they told me about the warranty I knew I had found a good company because they could have charged me more and I would never have known. The two gents who came out to help went above and beyond answering any questions I had and did quick work. Ellsworth plumbing will be the only ones I call anytime I have a plumbing need in the future.

Just got off the phone with Ellsworth - will NEVER do business with them again. We purchased our water heater from them in 2012 and purchased the extended warranty that they recommended we buy. This would.cover us until 2022. Yesterday our water heater died, and when we called to have them replace it, they said we.never sent in the paperwork, so the warranty was no good. WE PAID FOR THE WARRANTY!! And there is no doubt my slightly-OCD husband sent it in, he would NEVER let that go. SO disappointed and disgusted.

I had called to find a aeration adapter to fit my bathroom Delta faucet. I needed a 13/16 fitting with a hose adapter on the other end for my fish tank maintenance system. I couldnāt get this anywhere else in any big plumbing stores near me otherwise I wouldāve. The gentleman knew what I was looking for and what I needed to do with the faucet adapter because he had fish as well. Anyways, I called to order this part and they said they would place The order and I told them I was leaving for vacation so I would come get it upon return. I hadnāt heard anything from them in 2 weeks. I called them when I was back in town, only to talk to the same gentleman to say the part they ordered wasnāt made anymore from the distributor. Ok, fine. Supposedly, he placed another order through some other company and said he would call as soon as it came in. Didnāt hear anything in over a week. Called back again, talked to some other gentleman and said donāt know where said guy is at the moment but we did get a truck in and we will let you know if its there....well I had to call back, again, only after 3-4 hours and before they closed. The man I had been talking to since the beginning of this said we will call you as soon as we get it in, itās not on this truck. Guess what.......still waiting for said call. Friendly people but complete waste of time, never did get this special order part.
