Kelvin from Plumbing Specialists was wonderful. He listened as I described the problem we were having with water damage in our first floor ceiling. Then he came in and assessed the leak, taking pictures of possible causes and places where an internal leak could be happening. Very kind, respectful, and honest father of 3 :) He was able to discover the problem by taking out a small panel of the ceiling and turning on the shower upstairs to discover the leak. He fixed the leak and made a temporary cover for the ceiling panel. He also put us in contact with a reputable contractor to fix our ceiling. Very grateful for Kelvin’s work , professionalism and care to get the job done!

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

The team at FSI is top notch. Every step of the way was amazing. We had them replace a 20 year old heat pump and ductwork. Not only were their prices fair, the quality of work and customer service has been incredible. David went above and beyond when helping us with our needs.
On the day of the install we had David, Dale, and Brian on site. They were efficient, respectful, and hard working.
Following the installation, David has been responsive to follow up questions and event came out to check on the system as a courtesy follow-up.

The quality of the work is very poor. A1 drain did not fix what our agreement specified. Their giving my family a hard time with an resolution. This company did not fix or resolved the issue. I recommend this company to no one.

He answered/addressed/explained all my questions/concerns very thoroughly & patently. A true professional, he is a definite asset to the company. I think I will be contacting RS Andrews for future home maintenance work.

Called Shawn and he was super responsive and available and came to the job right in the time frame he said. He made the modifications necessary to fit the new water heater and he sweated the pipes and clearly new what he was doing. He was easy to work with and very reasonably priced. He also went above and beyond after seeing that the water pressure in our home was low. He went into the crawl space unsolicited to check what kind of piping we had to the house and upon seeing that everything looked good stated that he believed the issue was with the water meter and recommended that we contact the city and have them look into it. We now have a low water pressure request in with Newport news water works, so we'll see what happens. Having heard some less than pleasant stories about plumbers that other people have used, I would highly recommend calling Shawn. He's good people.

We have used Harrison’s plumbing for two years now and never plan on using someone else again! He has answered the phone in after-hour emergencies, he has used parts that he was saving for hi/ home on ours when we encountered product shortages and shipping delays, and he has shown up to any job - small or big- with a positive attitude.
