Justin and Drew came out to repair a cracked sewer drain line. The work was performed under warranty (new house). They quickly diagnosed the issue, went to purchase needed parts, and then made the necessary repairs. They also shared their valuable knowledge with me so I now understand how my sewer system, including the exterior sump pump, works. Very happy with their prompt service and professionalism.

For an update to my Aug 2020 review, the repair to my sump pump did not last, It recently started leaking again (Aug 2021). I called for additional warranty work and they advised me the warranty had expired, and I would have to pay for any additional repair work to my sump pump. Premier Plumbing initially installed the sump pump in my new home in 2020, it's been problematic ever since (two leaks within an 18-month period), and they won't stand behind their work. I'll find a company a local Williamsburg company that I can trust and will stand behind their work. I do not recommend Premier Plumbing.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

Dave from michael and sons helped us reverse our hot and cold faucets in a timely manner. He is a plumbing detective. Awesome job!

Jon was really great! We had a few busted valve shut offs for our washer as well as our outdoor spigot. He replaced a very nasty and old washer valve box and it looks and works great! He also fixed our leaky outdoor spigot with just an o-ring. Great work. A1 was super helpful! Thank you!

We had another plumber company to come out and do some simple plumbing repairs and they flaked out on us. We than called a few different companies to come out and no one could for 2 to 3 days, however when we called Tidewater they came out within less than a hour and did a great Job I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TIDEWATER THEY ARE GREAT!

These plumbers are awesome! Plumbers Margo and Duke came out to my house all my pipes were backed up, they worked diligently to fix the problem. They did not leave until they knew the problem was taken care of. I would recommend this company to anyone having plumbing issues. We called at 8pm when a backup caused sewage water to leak through our kitchen ceiling. Jim M came in about an hour to assess the problem and give us an estimate. He came back promptly the next morning with the necessary equipment and was able to fix the problem and recommend someone to help with the water damage. He was courteous and helpful. This is our second time using Atomic and we would recommend their services.

I am very impressed with Tony &son plumbing. He came same day within a few hours of calling and seemed very sincere and honest about the issue. Their price was very fair and reasonable as well compared to other plumbers around. I will definitely be using them again if I ever have any plumbing issues arise.
